Bag
Caveat emptor. Customer Service is terrible! Ordered a bag and didn't like after receiving it. Notified them within 3 days. Was told I would be responsible for shipping cost if I returned it. Also told my return would need to be approved. Not sure what they are reviewing. Bag has all it's original tags on it and paper in it. Been over 5 days, still not approved. Once you buy, you are out of your money whether you like it or not. Caveat emptor! Was excited and planed to return my bag and purchase a brief case. After this, would never order anything from this company.

AUDEW Jump Starter
Newly purchased unit does not have any output voltage to jump start vehicles. So far after going back and forth with AUDEW via email there has been no resolution for a warranty replacement or refund.
