The food has been really good, with delicious and simple options. But, we did have a small issue with customer service when they didn't handle a missing ingredient as well as we hoped. It could have been a real pain if we didn't have a replacement on hand.

Man, I thought it would be so cool to subscribe to this magazine, but it's been a total nightmare. First off, the whole signing up process was a disaster. I couldn't figure out how to do it online, and when I called customer service for help, they were no help at all. And then, after finally getting everything straightened out, the pricing was way too high for what you actually get. I mean, really, I could find the same stuff online for free! And don't even get me started on the delivery. It took forever for my first issue to show up, I almost forgot I even ordered it! This whole thing was such a disappointment.

Neiman Marcus definitely has some issues, but I have to say, they've got a great selection of high-end stuff that's hard to beat, especially for us fashionistas from abroad. Feels like I'm talking to robots! And the delivery never comes when they say it will, which is a bummer every time. The rings I bought looked just like they did on the website, and I was happily surprised by how nice they were. New iPhone and service
Do not use Pure Talk. I really wanted this to work out and the company seemed great from the outside. My whole buying process and customer service has been a nightmare. I have been with them than less than a week and around 8 or 9 customer service people and no one can resolve an issue. They just all say they are putting notes in my account but nothing happens. I bought a new phone and service with overnight service. They don't tell you it takes a few days to process orders so overnight is worthless, which is misleading. Once I received my overnight phone after 3 days it wouldn't even turn on. No one checked the phone. No one has reached out about sending a new phone. So I'm paying for service and still no phone and no urgency by the company.
