Petra chairs for our bedroom
Oh my gosh, we just got these adorable chairs for our bedroom and we are totally in love with them! They are incredibly comfortable and cozy, ideal for lounging around or reading. The delivery was amazingly quick and ordering them was a breeze. Plus, the best part is that they didn't break the bank, so we got high-quality furniture at a reasonable price.

I absolutely love the Plith coffee table I bought last year, it's top-notch quality and looks amazing. Everyone who sees it always compliments me on how beautiful it is. So, naturally, I decided to get the matching Plith end tables. I was hoping for the same great quality and beauty. But, unfortunately, my experience with customer service was not so great. It was really hard to get in touch with them, even through email. On top of that, the shipping options were limited which made it really difficult for me to arrange help with the heavy pieces I purchased.
Tufted Sectional Sofa purchase
I really wanted to get this super awesome sofa from that store, but no one there would answer my questions when I tried reaching out! I was bummed out because I really wanted more info before making a purchase! They didn't even have the dimensions online, just a pic! How am I supposed to know if it'll fit in my living room?! I decided to take a chance and buy it, but I still really wish I could have chatted with someone to discuss it more.

If you don't mind waiting forever for answers to your questions, then this is the spot for you! I sent three emails with urgent questions about my desk lamp order, and what a surprise - no response. It's like talking to a brick wall. I had to figure it out all by myself in the end. No support, no solutions, nothing. It's almost like they couldn't care less about us customers.

But then they informed me it would take 12 weeks to deliver. TWELVE WEEKS! That feels like forever. I tried to be patient and waited. Then I received an email saying the delivery wouldn't happen until May. What?! Now they're telling me I have to wait until AUGUST! Like, come on, 6 and a half months for two tables? That's just insane. I reached out to them for a refund because this is taking way too long. Hopefully, I hear back from them soon!

Misleading Product Descriptions

For instance, I was looking for a specific designer chair, and Interior Icons had a similar chair, but it was a fake. It felt like they were purposely tricking customers into thinking they were getting designer items. And when I tried to return the products, they charged me a lot for return shipping, which just made things worse. I'd suggest anyone looking to buy real designer items to steer clear of this company.

I absolutely adore the bedside table I purchased from you all! It looks adorable in my room and fits all of my belongings just right. The wood is nice and strong as well. The only reason I didn't give you a perfect rating is because your shipping fees are pretty high! Besides that, everything else is fantastic. Your customer service team is always super friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. Plus, the delivery is consistently on time and the items arrive in great condition.

But it's been a day since I reached out, and I still haven't heard back or gotten this sorted out.

Beautiful items
I really liked all the cool stuff I saw on Interioricons. The prices were good and everything I got was even better than I thought it would be. The only problem I had was that I put in the wrong shipping address, but the customer service folks fixed it quickly and emailed me back about it the next day. I do wish I could talk to a real person right away when I have a problem though, but they don't have a phone number to call for help. Overall, I had a good time shopping and would definitely think about buying from Interioricons again later on.
Wood Dining Table
I bought a Wood Dining Table from this company recently, and I have to say I was really let down. The website shows products with the names of real designer brands, making customers think they're getting top-notch stuff. But when my table arrived, it was obviously not up to par. It had scuffs and marks all over it, definitely not what I was hoping for. It's not cool for a company to trick people with designer names like that. If you want the real deal, I suggest staying away from this company completely.
