Weekend project free trial
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I decided to try out the free trial for a little project I had going on over the weekend, but I was surprised when they still charged my account after I canceled the trial. Dealing with their customer service team was a headache - they weren't helpful at all and didn't solve the problem quickly. The whole experience was pretty negative, and I won't be using their services again.
Overcharged subscription
This company totally tried to trick me by sneaking in a subscription fee under a weird name. They called it something totally random, so I had no clue I was getting charged. It's shady and just not right. I ended up shelling out way more cash than I should have for a service I barely touched. It's annoying and feels like a total rip-off.
Film track creation
This website is great for when you just need a quick sound bite or basic track. It might not be the best for real serious musicians, but it's perfect for getting a feel for music software. I definitely suggest using it for background tracks in movies, especially if you're short on time.

That "Cancel Subscription" button is such a pain! When you want to cancel, they make you go through all this trouble - requesting bank statements, card numbers, invoices. Like, what's even the point of having that button if it's so difficult to use? Ugh, it's so frustrating! ?
Online DAW subscription
I've been using this online DAW subscription for years now, but ever since it got bought out by a bigger company, I've been noticing more server issues. The service itself is awesome - easy to use with lots of tools for making music. But these server outages keep happening and it's messing up my flow. I really hope they can fix this soon so I can keep making music without any interruptions.

I had a great experience with customer support. I needed help upgrading my plan and the person I talked to was super nice and knew their stuff. My time using this online music recording platform has honestly been pretty disappointing. Soundtrap is awesome, I've been using it for a while now. The website is really easy to navigate and I enjoy making music on there. It's a bummer that their phone number isn't working anymore. Also, it's a little annoying how they keep adding more upgrade options, but I understand why. I do wish they had more voice samples though, that would be great!
