Heated jacket doesn't looks bulky as such.Jackets insulation is available upto nine volt bit my jacket is 7.4 volts as mentioned Supporting from head to waist No problem by water Its waterproof made of cotton and polyester One concern may be of ten hours battery backup else no issue at all. Warm Vest Purchase
I wanted to grab a super cool warming vest for my brother's birthday, so I hopped on this website I'd never checked out before. Found the perfect one and snagged it. Super smooth ordering process and I got a dope discount too! When my bro got the vest, he was over the moon and now he practically lives in it. Definitely the best gift ever!
Remote control heated socks
This store is such a joke! I bought a pair of remote control heated socks and they showed up all dirty, plus the remote control didn't even work. I've been trying to get a return number for like a week now, but all they keep giving me is the runaround.

I was about to leave a bad review for this company, but I decided to change it because they actually came through in the end. The customer service folks were really on the ball and fixed things up for me pretty quickly. I'm grateful for all the work they did to make things right.
Gloves repaired
I recently had a older pair of heated gloves repaired by this company. They did a great job at what i feel was a reasonable price. They also helped me out when I purchased new batteries. It was a nice company to deal with.
Size exchange for slippers
I recently bought a pair of slippers from this store and had to exchange them for a different size. I was pretty surprised when I found out I had to shell out $10 for a label just to make the exchange, which felt kind of unnecessary and unfair. I tried reaching out to customer service via email a few times, but didn't hear anything back. And on top of all that, they wouldn't honor the sale price on the new pair! The lack of communication and poor customer service really got to me. I don't think I'll be shopping with this company again. I think it's important for customers to be able to make exchanges without extra fees and get quick, helpful responses from customer service. Overall, not a great experience.
Winter gloves
I ordered these gloves in a rush because it's freezing out and my fingers were going numb. I even paid extra for faster shipping, but turns out they were out of stock! Can you believe it? I tried calling and emailing a bunch of times and no one responded. Finally, when I got through to customer service, they told me the gloves won't be in stock until the end of the month. What a bummer! Such a waste of time!

This company makes it very difficult to return an item. For that reason, I would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend them.
