Floor Police Motorized Electric Mop
The mop is weak and the battery does last, but it's pretty worthless as the pads are so thin, they wear out in the first use. The mop is good for a quick clean up, but so are paper towels. It does not perform as advertised, except, again, the battery life. The mop simply moves the dirt from one place to the next, no rinsing. I returned to using my sponge mop and bucket as it picks up the dirt and it rinses for the next application. I would not buy anything endorsed or sold from Bulbhead or As Seen on TV again, they do not stand behind their products, my guess is it's because they know they are selling an inferior product.
I bought the chewbrush for my dog
My Dog is one of the stubborn dog i ever had, she really hates doing brush and cleaning. So using the normal brushes, its turn really hassle to handle it. But i bought this brush a few weeks and so far its doing a great job. The best thing is , it looks like a toy , so my dog thinks she is playing with it instead of brushing. There are massage gums and scraps off like features which is superb
The chewbrush looks like a bone and its quite an innovative idea. there are so many good things but i must say it saves lots of time and improve my dog's dental healthI also purchased a slim cycle 5/6/20. They charged my bank account immediately. It is now 6/18/20 and I haven't received anything yet. No one answers the phone (I've tried 3 different numbers & get the same recording each time) They put you on hold for up to 15 minutes and then just hang up on you. No one responds to any of my numerous emails I have sent. Their recording says they won't charge your account until the item ships. Well, that is definitely FALSE. This company is scamming alot of people taking their money. This company should not be in business. They are a fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am trying to get the word out on social media.
I to orderd on 5/3/20 was told on 6/8/20 it was backordered and would take full 6weeks to complete order now 6/23 still no bike
I ordered my slim cycle may 13th was told the product was in the money was taken out of my account and then put back in said it would come out once it was delivered long story short I kept getting the run around hung up on several occasions eventually told due to the virus they ran out and I would get it sometime the end of August or September even though I kept getting told 2 weeks everytime i called it looks like it actually might work but I suggest paying full price and going through ace hardware which my mother-in-law did she got it in less than a week
Lizard flare lights
They robbed me of $67.93. I ordered Lizard Flare lights on November 12, 2022. My order should have been $67.93. They upscaled me to $104. I canceled within 10 minutes. They said they would refund my money. . . Haven't seen it yet. Multiple phone calls and emails and no progress. I've spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to get this settled. Paypal got the upscale charge back but Bulbhead refuses to give me back my $67.93. They are scam artists and thieves.

The advertising is very deceptive always claiming at the products they sell are being discontinued and will no longer be available this is a complete falsehood it's just a way to get the customer to buy they are the only company that does this disgraceful practice and should be investigated by the federal government
Expanding hose
Really a complete waste of money and time. This product is faulty and fails miserably. The company does NOT stand behind the product. How it is in so many major stores is a mystery to me . It fails in 2-5 uses and you cannot get any thing replaced by the company unless you pay a fee. ! Do NOT purchase it is Junk.
Monkey Magnet
I am a retired Lady living alone. I only needed 8 of these monkey magnets for my cabinet doors that won't stay closed. I was ordering the starter kit of 8 for approx $23+B. after page that offered the quiet close version for an additional $8+. So the total should be something like $33. I had difficulty with the charge card number and it flashback that I needed to correct it And it made me put my state of Georgia again It was my fault for not looking Over the whole order To a whole house Of these magnets for $53.08. Imagine my shock When I saw that. I immediately called a phone number that is given on that website. I got a gentleman With an accent that sounded as though he maybe in India, but he spoke fluent English. With my hearing impairment it was just very difficult for me to completely understand him. He was very courteous Andwould repeat For me He's so that I was upset That I could call within 20To confirm that my Was canceled Yes I was requesting. I really want these magnets to work for me. I'm may try to reorder. If I do I will certainly We be very very Very careful And recheck All the information thoroughly. I feel like this is a glitch That perhaps is intentional to increase their revenue, but it is very upsetting on the customer's end To have this pulled. If you order Anything wear Bulbhead Is processing the order, be especially careful And heed this warning! I would give it a 0 star but it will not let me give less than 1 star. I will adjust this review I'm take whatever Measure I have to take if I find This charge still on my bill
It was difficult to read back over What I was dictating In the limited space. I was trying to say when my account number was being corrected, it changed my order to the whole house order That amounted to $153.05 not the $53.05 that transmitted or the intended $33+ of my original order request. This is a significant difference but i could not edit the information! Ugggh! so frustrating! Reading back over my original post, I see several errors that was made in the voice dictation . But I think the reader can Understand what I Trying to say

I just order it today. But l cancel my order because their customer service person ( George was his name) he was so rude just because I ask him to explain the $14.99 cost to me again. First of all he talk so fast & his English was not clear plus he hung up on me. So I cancel my order. Please make sure my order is cancel. Don’t like to be fast talk when I’m spending my money.
Some of their cust service need training in courtesy. And if your English is not clear then you need to speak slowly and not try to rush people off the phone because they have a hard time understanding you.

ChewBrush
Unsafe!! Did you even test this product? You have a disclaimer "Not intended for aggressive chewers." I have a very small dog who is, by no means, an "aggressive chewer." He is a very small dog, so I bout the chewbrush for small to medium dogs. Within 30 sec. the corners were chewed off and he was choking on the small pieces. So if you love your dog, don't purchase this product as it does not hold up to any kind of chewing (which is the whole purpose behind the product).
Skim Cycle
I ordered my slim cycle on 10/16/20. I have not received it as of 11-1-20. I wish I had seen these reviews first. I tried to cancel to order and was told that it was too late. They would refund money, but the cycle would still ship and if I did not refuse the shipment I would be charged again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Since I work and would not be home to refuse shipment, I am not sure what to do. Very, Very frustrated. I would not order again.
I would keep calling and ask to speak to a manger and put a hold on the card you use so they can’t charge it. I know it’s a lot but these people need to stop scamming people.

I purchased the silm cycle 5/01/2020. Today is 6/08/2020 I have not received the bike, its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I have been told 3 times, "It's coming next week". The payment was taken out of my account 5/01/2020. This is such a fraud. The 2 times I was able to get a live person, once I was told to hold on and he never came back, the next time I was told I would have it in a week. Today 6/8/2020 i will demanding my credit card be refunded. I have nothing good to say about this process.
