Floor Police Motorized Electric Mop
The mop is weak and the battery does last, but it's pretty worthless as the pads are so thin, they wear out in the first use. The mop is good for a quick clean up, but so are paper towels. It does not perform as advertised, except, again, the battery life. The mop simply moves the dirt from one place to the next, no rinsing. I returned to using my sponge mop and bucket as it picks up the dirt and it rinses for the next application. I would not buy anything endorsed or sold from Bulbhead or As Seen on TV again, they do not stand behind their products, my guess is it's because they know they are selling an inferior product.
I bought the chewbrush for my dog
My Dog is one of the stubborn dog i ever had, she really hates doing brush and cleaning. So using the normal brushes, its turn really hassle to handle it. But i bought this brush a few weeks and so far its doing a great job. The best thing is , it looks like a toy , so my dog thinks she is playing with it instead of brushing. There are massage gums and scraps off like features which is superb
The chewbrush looks like a bone and its quite an innovative idea. there are so many good things but i must say it saves lots of time and improve my dog's dental healthI also purchased a slim cycle 5/6/20. They charged my bank account immediately. It is now 6/18/20 and I haven't received anything yet. No one answers the phone (I've tried 3 different numbers & get the same recording each time) They put you on hold for up to 15 minutes and then just hang up on you. No one responds to any of my numerous emails I have sent. Their recording says they won't charge your account until the item ships. Well, that is definitely FALSE. This company is scamming alot of people taking their money. This company should not be in business. They are a fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am trying to get the word out on social media.
I to orderd on 5/3/20 was told on 6/8/20 it was backordered and would take full 6weeks to complete order now 6/23 still no bike
I ordered my slim cycle may 13th was told the product was in the money was taken out of my account and then put back in said it would come out once it was delivered long story short I kept getting the run around hung up on several occasions eventually told due to the virus they ran out and I would get it sometime the end of August or September even though I kept getting told 2 weeks everytime i called it looks like it actually might work but I suggest paying full price and going through ace hardware which my mother-in-law did she got it in less than a week
Useless products
I came across this brand a few years ago when CVS started selling some of their stuff. Let me tell you, the two things I bought were total junk. Luckily CVS has a good return policy, so I got my money back. I did some research online and found out the reviews were terrible. No wonder CVS stopped carrying them! I wouldn't go near anything this brand promotes on TV, especially since they say their "new and improved" hose isn't sold in stores. Yeah, sure!
Monkey Magnets purchase
I just bought these Monkey Magnets from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good they are. They're really strong and can hold up all my important notes and reminders on the fridge. Plus, they look so cute with the monkey design - it's a fun addition to my kitchen decor and always puts a smile on my face.
Copper Bullet hose scam
The Copper Bullet hose says it's 100ft long, but it's actually only 91'7". I reached out to customer service about it, but haven't heard back. I'm really bummed about the false advertising and the lack of communication from the company. I'm thinking about filing a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commission to try and sort this out.
Monkey magnets order
I recently ordered some monkey magnets from this company and ran into a problem with the billing. I got an email confirming the first charge, but then I saw a different amount on my credit card statement, plus another charge the next day. When I contacted customer service to ask about these surprise charges, they told me that they tack on an extra buck when they ship the order, on top of the $7.99 I already paid for shipping when I placed the order. The mix-up with the charges and the lack of transparency in the billing process made me frustrated and kind of betrayed. As a customer, I just want things to be straightforward and honest when it comes to prices and ordering stuff, and this whole thing really changed my opinion of the company.
Mistake order fixed
I messed up my order from this place, but they fixed it really fast. I emailed them and within two days, they sorted it out and gave me a credit back. I'll for sure order from them again because they handled it so well!
ID protection ink rollers
These ID protection ink rollers are such a rip-off. I bought them thinking they would keep my personal info safe, but they didn't work at all. My info was still totally readable after using them, and when I tried to return them and get my money back, customer service was MIA. Total scam, for sure!
Portable Blender
I bought this portable blender from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I am super bummed about the service I've been getting. It's been like over a month since I ordered it and I still haven't heard anything about when it's gonna come. I've tried reaching out to their customer service a bunch of times, but I haven't gotten any useful info. My whole experience with them has been really annoying and honestly, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Pocket Hose purchase
I bought this Pocket Hose Copper Bullet because it came with a ten-year warranty in case it lost performance from wear and tear. But then the plastic connector on the hose broke, making the sprayer useless. I reached out to customer service, showed them a picture of the problem, and they said they'd send me a new one with all copper connections. However, when I got the replacement, it still had the same faulty plastic connector. Even though they promised me a refund for the messed-up product, I haven't gotten it yet.
Thin wallet purchase
I got this super thin wallet from an online store and man, it was a nightmare dealing with them. I placed my order and then crickets - no confirmation or tracking info. When I finally got a hold of customer service, I was transferred to some call center overseas where the rep straight up lied to me about my order being on its way. It was super sketchy and now I'm convinced this company is a total scam. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.
Overpriced supply shortage scam
Don't fall for their lies about supply shortages just to trick you into buying their expensive, low-quality stuff. I made that mistake and regretted it right away. The product was garbage and definitely not worth the high price. Save your money and find better deals elsewhere. It's sad to see a company stoop to such dishonest tactics to sell their products.
Copper hose purchase
I just bought a copper hose online and man, what a nightmare. I shelled out extra cash for upgrades and express shipping, but guess what? The darn thing never showed up. When I tried to find out where it was, they kept giving me different stories. Finally, they said it got lost. Can you believe it?
RFD protective wallet and ID Police ink rollers
I just bought this RFD protective wallet and ID Police ink rollers to try and keep my info secure. But man, was I let down! They promised me a free wallet, but it never showed up. And those ink rollers were a joke. They barely worked on a couple pages before drying out. Such a waste! I shelled out a good chunk of change for these too, so I expected way better quality. Definitely not buying from them again.
Pressure tactics
I really can't stand those pressure tactics! You know, they try to pull a fast one on you with those super annoying commercials. Oh, and those pop-ups with bogus claims about everyone else buying stuff? So fake! It's all just a big scam, trust me. I refuse to fall for it and won't give them or their buddies my hard-earned cash. They're totally trying to take advantage of you, so be careful!
Star Shower Slideshow
I bought the Star Shower Slideshow and man, was I let down. The slides started melting in the machine and almost set my house on fire. I was all excited to use it for Valentine's Day, but instead, I was scared by how dangerous it turned out to be. I want my money back and I'm keeping the burned-up disk to prove how much of a dud this product is.
I purchased the silm cycle 5/01/2020. Today is 6/08/2020 I have not received the bike, its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I have been told 3 times, "It's coming next week". The payment was taken out of my account 5/01/2020. This is such a fraud. The 2 times I was able to get a live person, once I was told to hold on and he never came back, the next time I was told I would have it in a week. Today 6/8/2020 i will demanding my credit card be refunded. I have nothing good to say about this process.
