Accurate, Cost-effective
I bought something from this store not too long ago, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it matched the description perfectly. It was also cheaper than other websites selling the same thing. I liked that they kept me in the loop with quick emails about my order - from when it was picked, to when it was shipped, and when it finally arrived. Merino Wool Sweater Purchase
I bought a merino wool sweater from this brand's website and man, was I bummed about the quality. The website said it was 100% merino wool, but when I got it, turns out it was only 30% wool and the rest was synthetic stuff. And to top it off, the sweater was made in China, which they didn't mention in the product description. That's just not cool, especially since their prices are on the higher side. I'm telling y'all, watch out for this brand's sneaky ways when it comes to clothing quality.

I gotta say, I was so let down by my whole experience with this company. I put in my credit card deets and then they hit me with all this fine print about how their product takes 6 to 12 months to really make a difference. Talk about sneaky marketing! They should've been upfront about that from the get-go. And when I tried to get a refund, all they gave me was some pre-written nonsense about why they don't do refunds. That just solidified my suspicion that this whole thing is a scam. Trust me, don't waste your money on anything from this company.

Toddler clothing
I recently bought some clothes for my toddler from this place and man, it was a mess. I had to wait for more than three weeks for my order, only to get the wrong stuff. When I tried to talk to customer service about fixing it, they were super slow and not very helpful. They kept saying I had to send back the wrong items before they could send me the right ones. So basically, I had to pay twice as much just to get my stuff on time and then wait for a refund. And to make things even worse, the clothes were way too big for my kid. My advice? Stay away from this company if you don't want a headache.

Hooded sweater purchase
The hoodie I bought was pretty good overall, but there were a couple things I wanted to point out. The price was awesome, and the material was soft and felt nice. However, I was kinda bummed that the colors didn't look like the bright orange and yellow on the website. They were more like a dull beige with a touch of coral. It was still a nice hoodie, but I wish the colors were more accurate on the site. Overall, it's still comfy and well-made.

Wireless earbuds
Man, these earbuds are really something! When I use them to listen to music on YouTube, the sound quality is top-notch. No issues at all. But when I switch over to the Samsung music app, I notice this strange crackling noise that pops up when the song gets really busy. It's a bit much and honestly pretty annoying.

Real silk sheets
I recently bought some real silk sheets from this company, and let me tell you, the silk quality totally blew me away. These sheets are super thin and smooth, giving you that fancy, luxurious vibe that's perfect for getting a great night's sleep. But, here's the not so great part - I had some issues with their customer service. So, when I tried to contact them about a possible problem with my order, they basically told me it wasn't a big deal. It left me feeling a little frustrated and like they weren't really listening to me. Plus, they sent me a shipping link in Mandarin, which made it a pain to track my package. RFD protective wallet and ID Police ink rollers
I just bought this RFD protective wallet and ID Police ink rollers to try and keep my info secure. But man, was I let down! They promised me a free wallet, but it never showed up. And those ink rollers were a joke. They barely worked on a couple pages before drying out. Such a waste! I shelled out a good chunk of change for these too, so I expected way better quality. Definitely not buying from them again.

Anniversary gift subscription
I was super disappointed by my experience with this jerky subscription service. I got a three-month subscription as an anniversary gift back in August, thinking I'd get some awesome jerky on time. But man, it didn't live up to the hype. The website said my first order would ship within two days and then the next ones would come mid-month. But my first order on 8/11 didn't show up until the end of September, making me miss celebrating our anniversary. I tried emailing them multiple times for an update, but got no response. It was so frustrating dealing with their lack of communication and follow-through. Eventually, I gave up and asked for a refund, but even that went unanswered. And on top of all that, the jerky itself wasn't anything special - just the same old stuff I could get at any store. Such a waste of money, and more importantly, a waste of my time and energy.

First Birchbox experience
My Birchbox experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered on the 11th, got tracking info on the 12th, but didn't get my stuff until the 21st. After patiently waiting 5 days, I decided to shoot an email over to customer service. It took another 5 days to hear back. They told me my item got lost, and later blamed Black Friday for the holdup, even though I ordered before then. They said sorry and sent a replacement, but no discounts for future boxes or free gift to make up for it. I wish they showed more appreciation. Now I'm thinking I might give other subscription boxes a shot in the future.

Fine jewelry ring for my mother's birthday
My experience with this company was amazing. I went on their website and easily found the perfect ring for my mother's birthday. I got three prints from here and man, they were awesome! I got a star map and these super cool music maps. They were big and clear, just like in the pictures online.
