I recently bought some stuff from this company and, overall, I was pretty happy with the quality. The casual tops, t-shirts, and socks I got were comfy and stayed in good shape after washing. But I did notice that some of the tops ran on the large side, so I'd suggest checking the size charts before buying. One thing I really liked was that their packaging is recyclable, which is a bonus for me.
As for my experience with the products, I had a good time. But I did get a little annoyed when I tried to leave reviews on their site. I like to check reviews before buying stuff, especially for sizing details, so I wanted to give some feedback on what I bought. But, the return process was easy and I got my money back quickly with no problems. Overall, I think this brand is great for anyone looking for high-quality activewear that's also good for the environment.
staple tops, high quality, breathable fabric
I am loving these clothes! I have a few shirts that are my absolute favorites because they're just the best. Being a really busy mom, I have to wash them constantly, but they still look as good as new after 7 months. There are no holes or anything! Usually, my clothes start falling apart by now, but not these ones. The fabric is super soft and comfy, not scratchy like some other brands. And get this - the customer service is amazing. They even sent me a replacement shirt when one had a small issue with a thread. I am thrilled and definitely plan to shop here again. I'm telling all my friends about this place, no doubt about it.
Enduro leggings gift return
I got a pair of Enduro leggings as a gift, but they were the wrong size. I called customer service to ask about returning them, and I was happy with how professional and efficient they were. I just bought these bamboo socks, gotta say they really blew me away. You know how some brands promise comfort but don't quite live up to it? Well, these socks are the real deal. Super comfy boxer shorts
Man, these boxer shorts are seriously the bomb! They just keep everything in its place and feel like a warm hug all day. And when you're on the move and breaking a sweat, they still hold up. I dig that they're made from bamboo and are all about being environmentally friendly - so high-five for that! It would be even better if they were made right here in the good ol' USA, though.
Jeans that were too tight
I really used to enjoy shopping at this place because they had a great selection of Bamboo clothing. But ever since Brexit, it's been a total hassle trying to return things now that I'm living in the EU. I inquired about the sizing for a pair of jeans and was assured that a size L would fit, but they ended up being way too small when I received them. When I tried to reach out with my complaint, my message was completely ignored. I would definitely steer clear of this store, especially if you're located in the EU.
High-quality bamboo clothing
The bamboo clothing I bought was really good quality, but their customer service wasn't great. When I needed help with a delivery problem, their support team was super slow and frustrating. I don't care much about brand names, but good customer service is important to me, and bamboo clothing didn't meet my expectations in that area. I just bought some bamboo thongs from this store, and I gotta say, I'm thrilled with my choice! These thongs are so soft and breathable, it's like I'm not even wearing underwear. I'm really hoping they stay soft after I wash them a few times, like others have mentioned. The quality totally blew me away, way better than I expected.
Leggings
I have to start off by saying that the leggings I bought from here are completely different in quality. The ones I bought a few years ago are super soft, comfy, and easy to slip on. But the newer ones I bought just about a year ago feel stiff, hard to put on, and they already got a hole in the seam. To top it off, when I tried to contact customer service about these issues, my only choice was to call them. Come on, who has time for that nowadays? Overall, the difference in quality between the products and the lack of easy ways to reach customer service were really disappointing.
Casual sweaters with 60% merino wool and 40% bamboo
I recently bought two casual sweaters made of merino wool and bamboo material. I was really excited about getting them because I've always been a fan of this brand. However, when I washed them on a delicate cycle in my washing machine, following the care instructions, I was bummed to see that they had shrunk and were shedding like crazy. I contacted the company hoping for a solution, but they just told me to hand wash the sweaters, skip the spin cycle, and lay them flat to avoid more damage. They even suggested using a comb to get rid of the extra fuzz. That seemed like a lot of work for a casual sweater, and I was honestly pretty annoyed by the whole thing.
Recent online purchase
I made an online purchase not long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about how long it took for my stuff to arrive. I mean, I ordered it more than a week ago and they said they'd ship it in 2 days, but I still haven't seen hide nor hair of it. And get this - other folks left reviews saying they had the same problem. Here's hoping they get their act together and speed up their deliveries in the future.
ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women
I bought the ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women from your store. Even though the materials and how it was made were good, I was really let down by how the jacket was cut. It didn't seem like it was designed with a woman's body shape in mind, especially around the chest and hips. Because of that, the jacket didn't look nice on and didn't give me enough space to move comfortably.
Funky style, visible sweat patches
The clothes at this store are awesome and trendy, but they're not great if you sweat a lot. I like wearing my top to yoga, but when I start sweating, it's really noticeable and the fabric gets all wet and sticky. I'll probably just wear this for more laid-back workouts and look for a different brand for running or cardio.
