Step-through bike
I've had my Step-through bike for over a year now and I gotta say, it's been a fantastic ride. This bike is top-notch quality and super sturdy - I can easily cruise 20 miles every day without a hitch. I haven't had to deal with any maintenance problems at all, showing just how well-built this bike is. Some folks have griped about customer service, but I haven't had any trouble in that area. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and can't wait to keep hitting the road every day.
Two Compact bikes
I bought two Compact bikes from your store not too long ago, and honestly, they're pretty solid and fold up easily. But, gotta be real with you - the controllers on these bikes kinda let me down. The low speed mode maxes out at 12 MPH, which isn't really cutting it for cruising around the neighborhood safely. I had to go ahead and buy some aftermarket controllers for both bikes to make sure I had a smoother and more fun ride.
Bike purchase online
Man, this bike is seriously amazing! I've had it for a minute now and it's still kicking after putting 1000 miles on it. The quality is top of the line, and I haven't run into any problems with it. Buying it online was easy peasy, and it got to me super fast. I'm thrilled with my purchase, to say the least. Been having a blast going on some epic rides on this sweet ride.
Tornado fat tire e-bike with extra battery.
I just got the Tornado fat tire e-bike with an extra battery and I'm thrilled with it! The bike is awesome, and that extra battery has really made a difference for those longer rides. Had a little bump with shipping damage, but the customer service folks were on top of it and took care of me. Definitely would suggest this e-bike to anyone thinking about buying one.
Electric bikes - Ranger and Tornado
I recently bought two electric bikes, the Ranger and Tornado, and they are absolutely awesome! We love zipping around town on them. They are stylish, sturdy, have long battery life, and are super practical. We are thrilled with our purchase. The customer service team was really responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the website was so easy to navigate.
Breeze Step-Thru purchase
I just bought a Breeze Step-Thru from this shop and I couldn't be happier. It got to me pretty quick, only 3 weeks after I ordered it. I was a little annoyed about the wait, but they threw in a bike cable and lock to make up for it. I thought that was a nice touch and I'm grateful for the way they handled things.
KBO Breeze eBike
The bike arrived on time but with a rare manufacturing problem with the front fork. Within one week of contacting Customer Support, I had the replacement fork delivered directly to me from the factory in China. Impressive support for an unusual problem.
E-bike purchase
Great bikes, but man, the customer service is just awful. My battery conked out after only 17 hours, and it was such a nightmare trying to get a replacement. I had to go through all sorts of hoops and ended up waiting weeks to finally get the right battery. Not even worth the hassle, honestly.
Stealth Urban Electric Bike KBO Hurricane
I ordered the Stealth Uban bike on a Christmas sale on DEC 21, 2021, it showed up on Jan 13, 2022, to find out that a completely different bike was in the box, this bike was damaged with parts Scattered in the box and looks like this bike has been ridden. I emailed the company, and they ask to have some pics of the box and shipping label and picture of the bike. I emailed photos and that was last time I heard from KBO company, I tried calling them but goes straight to voice mail.
What is the maximum speed you get, without pedaling? Shimano gears? Other companies you considered? Thnx.
