solid build, full sound, insane battery life. Hoping to grab another pair soon.
Wasn't sure at first
quick replies, guided troubleshooting, then arranged a replacement. I'm waiting for the new unit now; fingers crossed, but honestly my doubts about dealing with customer service are gone. Sound-wise I like the low end so far on the working side. If you're unsure, contact support first; they were straightforward, which helped.
Bass-first, decent support
thumping lows, decent mids — felt like a win for the price. One unit turned out defective (one earbud silent), which was annoying, but support actually helped — they tried a couple fixes with me and then set up a replacement. I'm still waiting for that new unit to arrive, but the team stayed in touch, so I expect it'll be fine. Little rough patch, but still worth it.
Still a fan, stuck with a dud replacement
the left bud won't charge. I've tried contacting support again to say I must've got a bad batch, but crickets. So yeah, I have one unit that lives and one that doesn't. Kinda bummed, but honestly when they work I still love 'em. Tip: test replacements right away and keep pushing support.
Two bad pairs, same problem
I actually liked how these earbuds felt — snug, decent bass for podcasts and I used them every day for commuting and calls. After about four months a steady, high‑pitched tone showed up whenever ANC was on; kind of sharp and annoying during meetings. Support offered a replacement which sounded promising, but the new pair arrived with the left bud not charging. I’ve tried reaching out again, got no real response, so now I’ve got two faulty units sitting in a drawer. Useful when they work, but unreliable long term. Keeping hopes low until support actually replies and fixes it.
Good sound, bad follow-up
I bought these because my commute is loud and I needed something decent for calls — honestly I hesitated a lot before ordering (cheap knockoffs, bad reviews). At first the buds sounded pretty good, clearer than I expected, and the ANC actually helped on the subway — kind of a nice surprise. But the support and reliability ruined it. They arrived without extra eartips; I was told to send them back for a replacement but didn’t want to wait, so I kept them. Then one bud would only work in noise-cancel mode unless I toggled it in the app, and calls drop if the buds reconnect mid-call. Eventually one bud died completely. Tranya offered a replacement or 50% refund, then went quiet on my emails. So yeah — good audio, terrible aftercare. Lesson learned, sadly.
One bud died, then silence
snug, light, comfortable enough for an hour or two, and the noise cancelling is noticeable when it's engaged. Problem is the software behaves oddly — one bud will sometimes only be in noise-cancel mode and you have to open the app to switch it back, which is annoying, and reconnecting during a call can drop the call outright. They arrived without extra tips and I didn't want to send them back and wait, so I kept them. Support did offer a replacement or 50% refund at first, which I appreciated, but then they stopped replying and one bud completely died. Frustrating but the feel was okay.
That awkward moment when one ear dies mid-commute
my package arrived in a reasonable window, but I later learned some regions, like parts of Canada, couldn’t even go through checkout despite the site claiming “worldwide shipping.” That mismatch between what the website promises and what actually happens is frustrating when you’re counting on a part or a replacement and get vague warehouse-speak instead of a straight answer.
There were a few other odd things — “used” listings on their site with no clarity on refurbishment or hygiene, a sketchy About page that reads more like PR copy than a real origin story, and business contact info that felt thin. Bottom line: when the hardware worked, it did the job — decent sound for day-to-day use — but when things went sideways the service and transparency didn’t help. I’d buy something like this again only if price was a main driver and I accepted some risk; otherwise I’d rather go with a brand that stands behind its products and doesn’t ghost you mid-conversation.Smells like electronics and regret
I hesitated before buying this watch. It seemed fine online but the price made me squint. For the first two weeks it behaved like a normal smartwatch — notifications, steps, the usual. Then on August 2 it suddenly got way too hot and left a burn on my wrist. The device died right after. I sent pictures and a full explanation to customer service. They flat out denied the claim and said the watch couldn’t produce that kind of heat. Okay. I have photos of the mark and the dead watch. That’s annoying. I wish they’d at least ask me to send it back for inspection. It’s not all bad — before the incident it did its job — but the safety problem and the stonewalling by support are dealbreakers for me. If you buy it, keep receipts and photos. Also, don’t expect them to admit anything quickly.
The moment I sighed with relief
I was staring at the little burn mark and feeling pretty shaken when I realized the watch had stopped turning on — had only had it a few weeks. I got it mid-July and by August 2nd something went wrong. At first I emailed the company and they pushed back hard, said it couldn’t happen. I sent photos and a timeline anyway. The turning point was when they actually asked me to send the watch back for inspection and offered a refund plus shipping. That’s when I felt heard — weird to say but I was relieved, honestly. First impressions were good, it worked fine until that day, so I worried. Customer service could’ve handled it faster, but once they did the right thing I felt satisfied. Small hiccup, fair resolution, and now I can move on without that nagging feeling.
One bud lived to tell the tale
this wasn’t slow aging, it was like one unit just gave up. Annoying, sure, but at least it didn’t explode or something — small mercies, right?
I sent support a polite, detailed note with purchase proof and step-by-step troubleshooting (I even tried that weird reset sequence twice), and got a reply that basically said “out of warranty” and “normal component aging.” Which is odd, because the two earbuds behaved completely differently despite identical treatment. The rep (Bella) also slipped in suggestions for other models — felt less like helping and more like a sales pitch. After a couple of back-and-forths she stopped answering. That’s the part that left a sour taste more than the dying bud itself.
Digging around after I got ghosted turned up a few things that pushed me from annoyed to suspicious. There are multiple reviews saying similar problems: charging glitches, audio faults, and support that either disappears or tries to trade a replacement for a glowing review. Not super comforting. And the site’s “free worldwide shipping” claim? Blocked when I tried my Canadian zip code — they blamed warehouse distribution but the checkout simply wouldn’t accept it. That kind of mismatch between promise and reality is petty and frustrating.
One detail that I keep thinking about: the persistent, year-round “sales.” A “mid-year sale” that’s basically always on makes me question the original price — are these ever actually sold at MSRP? It’s not just annoying, it feels like deliberate runway to make you pay more at first glance. Also noticed a few models that look suspiciously like cheaper units you can find on bulk sites — possible rebranding. Again, that doesn’t change the fact the left bud sounds fine and was comfortable enough for long listening sessions. So it’s a mixed bag.
If you’re thinking of buying: do a little homework. Check independent reviews, confirm shipping to your country before committing, and keep proof of purchase handy. And if you get earbuds that are listed as “used” on a site, ask exactly what that means — hygiene with in-ear gear matters.
All said, I’m kind of glad it wasn’t a total disaster — one bud still works, and the sound quality on that side is decent. But I expected clearer answers from support and more transparency on the site. I’d buy elsewhere next time, or at least from a seller with a physical return address and no perpetual 60% off banners.Watch purchase
I bought a watch that took about 4 weeks to finally get to me, and boy was I let down! It felt super cheap and the quality was just not there. The vibration on it was so weak, I thought the thing was going to break. Plus, the screen was all blurry! When I asked for a refund, they told me to post a video on YouTube to prove the problems, which I thought was a bit much. On top of that, they said I'd have to pay to ship it back to China, and they wouldn't take responsibility if the package got lost. So now, I'm in the process of disputing the charges with my bank.
Product Support
The customer support team was fantastic and really listened to what I needed. I had a problem with my product, and they fixed it super fast and effectively. I was really impressed by how well they knew their stuff and how professional they were the whole time. Thanks a lot.
Wireless earbuds
The employees at that store really went above and beyond to help me out. They took care of a problem I had with my purchase in no time. I ended up walking out of there with a fresh set of wireless earbuds that were looking brand new. I was so impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable they were.
Faulty T20 earbuds
My T20 earbuds started messing up after about 8 or 9 months, with one side not working right. It was annoying because I really liked them at first. But when I contacted customer support, they were amazing! They were quick to respond, really understood my issue, and helped me fix it. I was impressed by their professionalism and how they made sure I was happy. Even though I had a problem at first, the great customer service makes me willing to buy from them again in the future.
Tranya Product Nova
I am so excited about the Tranya Product Nova I purchased from here! I already had two other products from this brand that were great, so I knew I had to get this one too. And let me tell you, it definitely lived up to my expectations. The sound quality is incredible, and it is really comfortable to wear. Not to mention, the battery life is pretty impressive. I can use it all day without having to stress about it running out of power. Seriously, I can't imagine not having this earbud in my life now.
Bluetooth earbuds
I've been buying stuff from this company for more than a year, and I gotta tell you, I'm really happy with what I've gotten. The Bluetooth earbuds I bought are top-notch and have been working great. Had a little hiccup with them recently, but the customer service folks were super quick and helpful in getting it sorted out. Really satisfied with the overall experience.
Smartwatch replacement
I wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer support I got when my smartwatch suddenly stopped working after only 8 months. The folks I talked to really listened to my problem and wasted no time in sending me a new smartwatch to replace the broken one. I'm super happy with how everything was handled and the amount of care they showed throughout the process.
Wireless earbuds
Man, these earbuds are really something! When I use them to listen to music on YouTube, the sound quality is top-notch. No issues at all. But when I switch over to the Samsung music app, I notice this strange crackling noise that pops up when the song gets really busy. It's a bit much and honestly pretty annoying.
Tranya T10 Pro earbuds
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I just got my hands on the Tranya T10 Pro earbuds. The first pair I got turned out to be a dud, but when I reached out to customer support, they hooked me up with a new pair for free right away. I have to say, these earbuds really exceeded my expectations - the performance and quality are top-notch. And the customer service? Outstanding. This whole thing has really made me a loyal customer, this being the fifth pair of earbuds I've snagged from them over the years.
