Snapback hat with a skull design
I got this really awesome snapback hat with a skull design from this store thinking it would be totally cool. But you know what happened? It took forever to actually get to me! And when it finally arrived, the package was all messed up and the hat looked like it had been squished by a truck. I tried to reach out to customer service to complain, but their website wouldn't even work! So now I'm stuck with this lousy hat and I ended up wasting my allowance money. I am definitely never purchasing anything from that store again!

Smartwatch replacement
I wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer support I got when my smartwatch suddenly stopped working after only 8 months. The folks I talked to really listened to my problem and wasted no time in sending me a new smartwatch to replace the broken one. I'm super happy with how everything was handled and the amount of care they showed throughout the process.
