Holiday-themed perishable snack box
I bought a holiday-themed snack box with perishable items from this company for a New Year's party, but I was really let down by how long it took to ship. I ordered it on December 18, thinking it would get here before the holidays. The box left Japan on December 22 and has been stuck in Los Angeles since the 26th. I live in San Francisco, so it shouldn't have taken this long. It was really frustrating, especially since the items could go bad. When my family sends me stuff from Japan, it doesn't take this long. I was hoping for better service from this company, especially when it comes to shipping perishable goods.

Vinyl banner purchase
The printing quality on my vinyl banner turned out really good and I was happy with how it all looked. But, I just want to give a tip to anyone ordering in the future: make sure you keep a copy of your order, especially if you choose super saver shipping. I forgot to do that and my order ended up taking longer to get to me. Also, if you ask for a proof, be sure to check it right away because your order won't be sent until you give the okay. Stay on top of things to prevent any delays or problems.

Tranya earbuds replacement
I recently had to contact customer service because one of my Tranya earbuds needed to be replaced, and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The person I talked to was super helpful and fixed my problem right away. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating for how great they were. I've bought two Tranya earbuds before and they sound awesome. It was a bummer when one of them stopped working suddenly, but Tranya came through and replaced it without any trouble. That really shows how much they care about keeping customers happy. I'd recommend Tranya to anyone looking for headphones or earbuds. Big thanks to Tranya for being so reliable!
