    Last-minute letdown, kind of a mess

    the price looked too good to be true and I wasn't sure where the stuff was coming from. The site didn't make the origin clear, and that made me pause, but the low cost pushed me to take the risk. In hindsight, I should've listened to the doubt. Communication was patchy from the start. They confirmed a delivery date, charged extra for priority shipping (which felt like paying to be lied to), and then everything went quiet. I spent hours on the phone over two days, calling and calling, getting vague answers. One rep finally mentioned an extra tracking number we were never given — yeah, surprise tracking — but it arrived after the event so it didn't help. Oddly, when the materials did show up later, the print quality was actually decent, colors looked good, so whoever made them did their job. That was the only unexpected positive in an otherwise frustrating experience. I ended up filing a dispute with my card company and a complaint; they barely replied to my refund request. I've used other vendors before who at least respond and try to fix things, so this felt unusually sloppy. Won't be ordering from them again.

    Sketchy start, decent finish

    30 AM thinking about how weird the whole process was — and in the end, sort of relieved. I was honestly on the fence before ordering. The site said US-based, quick turnaround, “dedicated designers” — all that — and after a few bad runs with other print shops that promised the same and delivered nothing, I was skeptical. Like, am I about to deal with an overseas call center pretending to be local? Will the artwork be awful? Will I lose time and money? Those were my thoughts.
    At first, yeah, those worries felt real. The initial rep who called back seemed to be following a script and updates were slow. I had asked for 2–4 hour design updates and didn’t get them reliably, so I ended up nudging them a bunch. The “hire a designer” option didn’t really save me time either — I still had to make most of the artwork myself because the mockups weren’t aligned with what I’d explained. That was frustrating, I admit. I almost canceled. Multiple times.
    But then something changed. When I pushed — and I mean actually escalated — a supervisor finally called and listened, not just repeated lines. They offered expedited shipping and had a designer rework the mockups the way I’d asked (it took a couple of back-and-forths). It wasn’t instant, and it wasn’t perfect, but the person who took ownership made the difference. The items arrived pretty much when they said they would after the fix, and the print quality was better than I expected given the rocky start.
    So, were my doubts completely gone? Not entirely — I’ll still be cautious next time and maybe upload cleaner files up front. But the end result saved my event and, after an initial headache, I can say I’m satisfied enough to consider using them again, cautiously. Customer service needs work (fewer scripts, faster design updates), but when someone actually takes responsibility, it matters.

    Almost gave up, but one thing surprised me

    30 in the morning I was still on the phone trying to cancel one item that suddenly wouldn’t arrive on time. The reps kept passing me along and saying different things — one said a supervisor would call in 2–4 hours, another said “cancellation team” would handle it in 1–2. That kind of waiting when you’re up against a moving deadline is maddening. I ended up doing my own artwork because their “designers” either didn’t understand the brief or didn’t actually make the mockups in time. So I paid for a service I didn’t get, which is rough when you’re short on time and cash (I spent quite a bit). Delivery was a mess — one product had to be removed because it honestly couldn’t make the schedule. They offered free expedited shipping after that, which was a nice gesture, and weirdly, the packaging when it finally arrived was better than I expected. That was the surprise: clean, solid boxes and the one item I kept looked great. But good packaging doesn’t fix disappearing customer service. The automated messages keep bragging about quick turnarounds and a dedicated design team; in practice it didn’t feel like that. I’m being mildly critical here because a few individual reps tried to help, and the product quality was okay, but the communication and the delays pushed me way past reasonable. If you need something on a tight timeline, be prepared to chase them, and document everything. I’ll probably dispute the charges for the parts that never shipped, but I can’t deny that one piece arriving saved my back for the move.

    The printing quality on my vinyl banner turned out really good and I was happy with how it all looked. But, I just want to give a tip to anyone ordering in the future: make sure you keep a copy of your order, especially if you choose super saver shipping. I forgot to do that and my order ended up taking longer to get to me. Also, if you ask for a proof, be sure to check it right away because your order won't be sent until you give the okay. Stay on top of things to prevent any delays or problems.

    I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered a big vinyl banner and was excited to see the proof before they made it. But they took forever to send me the proof, saying they were super busy. It was annoying because I needed the banner by a certain date. Even though customer service said they could speed things up, it never happened. I felt ignored and unimportant.     Sign replacement due to markings and scratches

    Flags order issue

    I ordered some flags from this company not too long ago, but I was bummed when they came without any poles. I contacted customer service, and at first they said I didn't order the poles, which kind of annoyed me. After a phone call with them, we still couldn't figure things out, so I had to send an email and wait for a reply.     I bought some custom signage from that company recently, and to be honest, it was a pretty awful experience. Even though I paid extra to get it faster, the order ended up arriving late. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but all they did was give me excuses and told me to wait longer. Turns out, the delay wasn't because of the shipping company, but because they couldn't get their act together to send it out on time. Plus, they're based in India, not here in the US, which probably didn't help with the delays. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using this company. They're just not reliable and it's a waste of money.

    I just got a banner for my business, and I was really happy with how it turned out. The design was exactly what I wanted, and the material they used was super sturdy.
