I just bought a watch from Jomashop and man, was I let down. The watch looked like it had been returned before because the seconds hand got stuck halfway between the minutes. It was so obvious that the watch was messed up and definitely not new like they said.

Damaged Espadrilles
I just don't get how a company can treat their customers so poorly. I bought a pair of espadrilles from this store, and they were already damaged after I wore them just once. It's been a whole month now, and I haven't heard anything back from them about fixing the situation. The lack of communication and respect they've shown me, a customer who actually paid for their product, is just not okay. All they keep saying in response to my emails is that they're trying to get in touch with the brand. It's like they don't even care about helping me out. I definitely won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

I absolutely love the pantyhose from this series - they are seriously the comfiest and most long-lasting ones I've ever had. The best part is they come in different waist heights, which helps prevent any muffin top or rolling down. Although, I did have a little snag with one of the 'la ligne' pairs right after putting them on. But Les Belles quickly sent me a replacement with no trouble at all, their customer service is top-notch!

The service from this company is just not acceptable. They locked up my money for who knows what reason and left me totally in the dark about it. I'm really disappointed by their lack of transparency and communication. I've been a loyal customer for years, so I expected more from them. It's really worrying that they didn't let anyone know about the problems they were having with processing transactions, it definitely makes me wonder if they're reliable. It took way longer than normal, like 5 business days and several emails, before my money finally made it to the recipient. It was a really frustrating and overall unsatisfying experience.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. The shipping took forever, the prices were way too high, and don't even get me started on the nonexistent customer service. When I tried to return something, it got lost and nobody seemed to give a darn or try to fix the situation. And to top it off, the passive-aggressive emojis from the customer service just felt like a slap in the face.
