    Came through, but not perfect

    I needed something after my electric bills spiked and a storm knocked power out for days. Customer service was actually helpful — patient on the phone and answered my dumb questions. I ordered the Delta with the LFP battery and a 160W solar panel. Shipping to Hawaii took longer than promised, and the ETA changed twice, but it showed up undamaged. It runs my fan overnight without fail and pays for itself in comfort. Want a bigger wheeled unit next time, but this one works and saves me money now.

    I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you need anything handled quickly. I bought a gadget I use every morning for my commute and wanted to change the color right after ordering — seemed like a minor tweak. I reached out via live chat within minutes, waited and waited, and only heard back hours later saying they'd change it. Next day the order still showed the old color, so I emailed. Three days later they replied that it had already shipped and they couldn't change it, but I never got any confirmation or tracking info, the order still said I'd get an email when it's ready. The weird part: the actual item, when it finally arrived, works fine and was packaged decently, nicer than I expected. So yeah, the product itself is okay for daily use, but their communication and shipping were a mess and cost me time and stress. Wish they'd actually respond like they promise.

    Garage pity party for my pool robot

    I was literally staring at the Dolphin E30 in my garage thinking, huh — this thing quits after a few weeks? Bought it 6/1/23 and by late June the unit was acting up. I called the seller and they told me to deal with Maytronics/Dolphin directly, so fine, I did. Sent it in for repair three separate times (yes, three) and paid the shipping each time. Every time Maytronics said it was fixed, sent it back, and every time I unpacked it and… same issues. I emailed Wellbots with the whole chain — receipts, repair notes, screenshots — and their reply on 9/29 was basically “you’re outside the 30‑day window, we can’t help, buy an extended warranty next time.” Seriously? I’ve bought from them once before and it was smooth, so that’s why this sting was worse. Look, when the robot runs it cleans well — no lie, that part is good — but the repeat repairs and being left footing the bill while the thing never really worked was maddening. I was just hoping for a refund or a working replacement. Not perfect, not even close, but it does have its moments.

    Portable power generator purchase

    I just bought a portable power generator from Wellbots and I gotta tell you, it really impressed me.     Electric bike purchase

    I just got an electric bike and ordering it was easy. It came pretty quickly, but when I put it together, I had a problem with a wire that got cut connecting to the control system.
