Wellbots had the exact electric canner I had been wanting for Christmas, and it was way cheaper than Amazon. Saved myself around 40 bucks and the shipping was super fast. Got my order in less than a week, just in time for the holidays. The canner itself was top-notch quality and the whole buying process at Wellbots was impressive. While they may not have as many options as some other stores, I'll be sure to start my search with them next time I'm in the market for high-end stuff.
Solar Backup Power Generator
I was looking for solar backup power systems and saw that Wellbots was highly recommended on YouTube. I decided to buy from them and I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Alex. Now, Wellbots is my go-to store for all my future purchases because of their fantastic communication, quick delivery, and competitive prices.
Solar generator and accessories
I was so nervous about buying my solar stuff because the people at the other place were foreign and not patient with my many questions. But then I found this place called Wellbots and I could chat live with this guy Clark! He was cool, but then he passed me off to this other guy named Noah who was even better! He gave me prices that beat their sale and answered all my crazy questions. I placed my order and got my stuff in a week. I even gave my friends Noah's number so they could get awesome deals too! Thanks Clark and Noah - 5 stars for sure!
Portable cooler purchase
I found out about Wellbots through a buddy and figured I'd buy a portable cooler. The ordering process was a breeze and my delivery arrived right on schedule. I've had the cooler for a couple of weeks and it's been working like a charm. All in all, I'm happy with both the company and the product, and I'd definitely think about buying from them in the future.
Eco-flo 1000, solar panel brackets
I was really upset at first because the shipping cost more than the brackets themselves. But the sales guy said he would include them in my order for the same price as just the brackets! But then my eco-flo didn't arrive for a week, and it turns out they were waiting on the brackets from another location! I was thinking, just forget the brackets, send my eco-flo already! And then it ended up getting shipped to California! What a disaster, right?
Enjoy cool AC
I ordered this enjoy cool at wellbots. It was a disaster. What they’ve advertised is a portable AC with an ad on battery. So definitely that should function even without an outlet. Then they emailed saying that the battery is in back order. And I asked if that AC would operate even without the battery and they responded yes! So I agreed to send it before summer comes and they could send the battery when it comes because they said that it would function without a battery. I thought there is a built in battery and the ad on battery us just an extra battery to it. And no, it is not! I even specified to them that we need the AC for a truck that doesn’t have an AC outlet or adapter. The one that they’ve advertised with the picture and option is an AC with ad on battery for the price that I’ve paid in full. This is so deceiving and misleading to their customers which very unacceptable! Also so hard to communicate with wellbots for there is no real person that you can call directly. It’s been a month that I kept going back and forth via email with this company and until they couldnt deliver at all what I exactly ordered from them. I am definitely frustrated and ... at this time coz my husband needs it before summer comes.
Pool Robot
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY POOL FOR A MONTH... CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE.. CHAT WORSE.. WASTE OF MONEY.. $1.00 IS OVER PRICED FOR THEIR PRODUCTS!! They DON'T WORK!!!
