Review about: OneBlade
Shaving razor, disappointing
I was really disappointed with the shaving razor I bought. Even though the ads made it sound amazing, it just didn't measure up to what I was hoping for. The blade is too short, so it takes forever to shave and the end result isn't as close as I was expecting. It's a bummer because my daughter, who is a student, spent a lot of money on it as a gift for me.

I had such a good experience with Mori customer service when I had to cancel my order because the sizes were wrong. Kathlene was amazing in helping me out fast and getting everything sorted out. She not only canceled the order quickly, but she also gave me a new coupon code to use. She was smart to realize that the old code I had wouldn't work anymore because the system would think I'm a returning customer, not a new one. I really appreciate how helpful and smart Kathlene was.

So I contacted them on October 19th and they were all like, "Just buy a new battery, show us the receipt, and we'll refund you." So I went ahead and did that, but now they're totally ignoring me and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's frustrating, feels like I'm talking to no one!

Why didn't I find this store sooner? They have amazing high-end brands at great prices! There are so many wonderful brands to choose from. I bought a Chunky Node Bracelet for less than half price - what a steal! I had to reach out to customer service because I made a mistake and typed my last name incorrectly. They responded right away and fixed my error. The communication was excellent throughout. My order was delivered in just 2 days (international shipping), which is amazing compared to local stores! Our time with the Masquerade Murder Mystery game was absolutely amazing. This was the second game we hosted from Masters of Mystery, and it went above and beyond our expectations. The game was well-planned, fun, and kept all 18 of our guests entertained all night long. The detailed character profiles and storyline made it easy for everyone to really get into their roles and have a great time. The Masquerade theme set the perfect atmosphere for the game, and all of our guests had a blast dressing up and getting immersed in the mystery. It was a night to remember, full of excitement, and we won't be forgetting it anytime soon.
