Mediterranean meal plan
I've been a loyal customer of this company for two years and I have to say, their Mediterranean meal plan is delicious and super convenient. The meals are simple to heat up and enjoy, making dinner time a breeze. The customer service team is always on top of things, helping me out with any questions or issues right away. What really stands out about this company is how they handle problems - if I ever get a messed up order or a meal that's not quite right, they quickly give me a refund and check in with their quality control team. They offer a wide range of food options which keeps every meal fun and tasty. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the meal choices, but I do have a small problem with the salmon. It tastes great, but sometimes it's a bit overcooked and ends up dry, so I usually have to add ketchup to liven it up. Hopefully they can fix that issue in the future.
Recent return to Fresh n' Lean
About 5 or 6 years ago, I tried out Fresh n' Lean and had a really good experience with their Paleo meal plan. It was a great way for me to eat healthy and lose some weight. However, after a while, I got tired of the same meals and stopped using their service. Now, after years of doing Keto on my own, I wanted to go back to Paleo and thought I'd give Fresh n' Lean another shot. I'm happy to report that it's been going really well. Every meal I've had in the first week has been tasty and filling. The quality of the meals has definitely gotten better since last time. The packaging is done well with vacuum-sealed meals, and the veggies are fresh and delicious. I'm impressed with the improvements they've made.
My food is fix for weekend
All foods are tasty but not may healthy Best food is taste plus health That is here I have my own problem being single I have four to five food suppliers contact who supply on daily basis Out of which two are very near to me and I use them two times everyday almost But on Saturday and Sunday scheduled from Fresh n Lean
I don't eat non veg so I have clear instructions to supplier take maximum care of any mistake

I decided to give those plant-based meal options a shot, and man, am I glad I did! I feel way more energized, shed a few pounds, and actually like the taste of the food. It's awesome to know I can still enjoy yummy meals while keeping up with my health goals. And taking these meals to work is super convenient, making it easy to stay on track. All in all, I'm really pleased with how things are going.

I was really not happy with the delivery from this company. The food box came late and all the ice packs were melted, so I had to toss out the meals. Clean, nourishing, delicious meals
The food is really good, and they give you just the right amount so you don't feel stuffed but also not starving. They have a lot of choices including meat, fish, veggies, and vegan stuff which is great. Having a nutritionist on hand is awesome too, helps me know what's best to eat.
