Six jumpers purchased
I used to be a loyal customer of this company. I've bought six jumpers from them over the years, and I've always been happy with the quality and service. But recently, things have changed. The jumpers are supposed to be high quality with a lifetime guarantee, but that hasn't been my experience. Two of my jumpers got small holes in them for the second time, even though I wear them often. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they'd only replace a jumper once. That's not what I expected from a lifetime guarantee. It felt like they were saying 'too bad' after the first replacement. I'm disappointed and won't be buying anything else from them. Spending $200 on a jumper that falls apart quickly just isn't worth it.
