Dirty property, uncleaned
I rented a place that hadn't been cleaned after the last people were there. The landlord said they'd clean it the next day, but I never got back the whole refund they promised. When I reached out to VRBO customer service, they weren't much help and just told me to handle it with the owner. But then the owner stopped answering.

Organic, vegetarian, gluten-free catering service
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the catering service I got. They had such a great selection of dishes, and the fact that they use organic ingredients and offer vegetarian and gluten-free options was a major win for me. But what really caught my attention was that they don't use those unhealthy seed oils in their cooking. It's hard to find a catering service that actually cares about using good ingredients.
