OnPay has really been a game changer for me with handling payroll. I've been in charge of payroll for a while now and it always stressed me out trying to make sure everything was done right and on time. OnPay completely takes that stress away. The app is super user-friendly and their team is awesome. They handle all the required Federal and State reporting, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. When the pandemic hit, they were quick to set up and help with the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC). All I had to do was export the reports, check them against IRS standards, and send them to our CPAs. And whenever I need help or have questions, they're always there to support me.

I forgot my phone passcode and couldn't pay my friends. OnPay could've helped me out, but they didn't. They did apologize and fix it, but it was too late for this pay cycle. Kinda disappointing.

Payroll management system features
I've been using this Payroll management system that uploads general ledger entries to Quickbooks. It helps us handle our 401-K and allows employees to make changes and check their payroll history. They even get notified when their direct deposit goes through. The support has been great too. My only gripe is that I wish we could schedule payroll closing for just 1 day in advance instead of 2, but overall, this product is really awesome!
