I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I've always been happy with their products and service. It's so easy to find what I need on their website, and I was excited to see that many of the items I usually buy were on sale when I placed my most recent order. Oak book shelves
I bought some oak bookshelves from this company not long ago, and man, it's been a total nightmare. They went and sent my order to some random address in another state, can you believe it? I've been on their case for weeks just trying to get them to own up to their mistake. And even when they finally did, they dragged their feet on fixing things until I talked about taking legal action. They said they'd refund me in 3 days, but it's been over a week now and still no refund or even a peep from them. It's driving me up the wall!

My experience ordering shoes from Shoe Zone was amazing! I bought three pairs - trainers, sandals, and court shoes - from their online store and I was really impressed. Usually, I struggle to buy shoes online because of sizing problems, but all three pairs I got were perfect - the right size and they looked just like the pictures on the website. And on top of that, they were super comfy too. The whole ordering and delivery process was smooth and easy. I will definitely shop with them again!

Trench coat purchase online
I just bought a trench coat online and it turned out to be too big for me. But returning it was a breeze, no problems at all. The material of the coat was really nice and you could tell it was well-made, like I've come to expect from this brand from buying stuff from them before. I had to email customer service about the return and the ladies I talked to were super helpful and nice. They processed my refund really quickly, which was cool. It's a bummer there aren't any physical stores anymore where I can try things on before buying, because online shopping can be tricky when it comes to sizes.
