    Trench coat purchase online

    I just bought a trench coat online and it turned out to be too big for me. But returning it was a breeze, no problems at all. The material of the coat was really nice and you could tell it was well-made, like I've come to expect from this brand from buying stuff from them before. I had to email customer service about the return and the ladies I talked to were super helpful and nice. They processed my refund really quickly, which was cool. It's a bummer there aren't any physical stores anymore where I can try things on before buying, because online shopping can be tricky when it comes to sizes.

    Size confirmation issue on order

    I had a problem with the size confirmation on my order and ended up placing a second order by mistake. It was kind of annoying, but then I had to email customer service a bunch of times to confirm the size and start the return process for the second order. Despite the mix-up, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service reps, Jade, Aimee S, and Paul, for being super helpful and on top of things. They really stepped up and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to making sure I was happy with my experience was top-notch.

    Excellent customer service

    I had a really great experience with the customer service team at this store recently. The representative, Zakiya, was super quick and efficient in helping me out with my request. I had already started a return but wanted to swap out an item before sending everything back. Zakiya jumped on it right away, got the extra item in there, and even gave me a QR code for the return. It made everything super easy for me. I was really impressed with how professional and attentive the staff was.

    Quality, customer service, delivery

    The products were really top-notch, some holding up for years while a few got wrinkled even before I could wear them. Still, overall, the quality is pretty impressive. In terms of customer service, I gotta say Chloe and Saniya were amazing. They really helped me sort out some issues I had with undelivered items, reorders, and returns. One thing they could work on though is choosing more reliable delivery companies, 'cause that kind of messed with my experience a bit.

She hooked me up with a returns label and our email convo was on point - she got everything sorted out quickly.     I had to return something to this store the other day, and I was a little bummed out when I didn't hear anything about when I'd get my money back.     Next day delivery disappointment

    I ordered something with next day delivery, but the courier messed up and pushed it to Monday. I contacted customer service, and they promptly refunded my delivery charges. I'm so excited to finally receive my order!
