My order still hasn't shipped
Man, I ordered this thing ages ago and it still hasn't even shipped! Nobody has a clue what's happening and they're all pointing fingers at the manufacturer. It's just not cool, you know? Wayfair is way better with getting stuff to you on time.

Difficult return process
I had a terrible time with this store. I got some stuff, but they didn't fit right and I had to take them back. It was a real hassle to return them, and on top of that, the customer service was no help at all. I ended up losing a lot of money because of all this. I would definitely recommend not shopping here.

Sheet music with spiral binding
I bought some sheet music from this store recently and I was pretty happy with how it all went. Ordering was easy, and my stuff arrived quickly. The spiral binding on the sheet music was really handy because it kept the pages flat while I was playing. Only thing was, the print size was a tad small for my liking. I would have liked it better if the print was a bit bigger to make it easier to read while playing. Despite that little hiccup, I still thought the sheet music was good quality and matched what I ordered.

Bowling experience
My husband and I went bowling recently and had a good time, but I was kinda bummed that the staff wasn't enforcing safety rules well. There were kids running around the lanes, sitting on the ball return, and climbing on the seats. It was not only unsafe for them but also for everyone else there. It would've been a lot better if the staff had made sure everyone was following the safety rules.

Seat covers purchase
The company messed up and sent my seat covers to the wrong place, so I had to deal with their customer service a bunch of times, which was super annoying. They wouldn't even give me a shipping label to fix it and tried to say it was my fault. On top of all that, the product was just okay, nothing special. The whole experience with their customer service was terrible and didn't match the quality of the product.

Size confirmation issue on order
I had a problem with the size confirmation on my order and ended up placing a second order by mistake. It was kind of annoying, but then I had to email customer service a bunch of times to confirm the size and start the return process for the second order. Despite the mix-up, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service reps, Jade, Aimee S, and Paul, for being super helpful and on top of things. They really stepped up and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to making sure I was happy with my experience was top-notch.
