Gift card purchase
I recently got a $25 gift card to use on this platform, and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The stuff for sale seemed way too expensive and not very good quality. Finally found something to buy and ran into a lot of problems at the checkout. Stuff I wanted showed that it was in stock and got put in my cart, but then right at the end, I was told it wasn't available. Kept happening over and over, which was super annoying. Also got hit with a trust fee of $1.50, which seemed unnecessary and not fair. On top of that, the shipping costs were crazy high, especially if I was buying stuff from different stores at once. It felt like the changing shipping prices and trust fee just made the whole shopping thing kind of a joke. I get that they have to charge fees, but these ones seemed way too much and not cool to the customers.

I had a really bad experience with this company's shipping. I ordered something and it's been a whole week and I still haven't gotten it. The lack of communication and slow shipping is really annoying, especially because I was excited to get my item quickly. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company if you need your item fast.

I ordered these really cute clothes from this online shop, you know? I was so pumped to receive them in the mail and flaunt them to my friends. But guess what? They never showed up!
