vibrating massager
I just got this vibrating massager and I was really looking forward to using it. It worked really well in the beginning, but then the battery died so quickly. I was bummed out about it. I reached out to their customer service and they were incredibly helpful! They sent me a replacement right away and even let me choose a different color. Now I can go back to enjoying my massages without any issues. Yay!

Difficult luggage fees
It was so annoying when I was trying to add luggage while booking my flight, but then at the airport, they hit me with crazy fees of 12 Swiss francs per kilo. The manager from DNATA, who I think was working for the airline, acted really unprofessionally and didn't seem to care at all. It was really disappointing to see them using these kind of tactics just to get more money from customers. This whole thing has totally turned me off and I won't be booking with this airline again.

Hey, so I ordered this cortisol test kit recently, and when it arrived, the tubes were all messed up and leaking everywhere. They couldn't even test my samples! The only problem I ran into was not being able to see the 'Welcome Pack' on the iPhone app, but besides that, everything was good. Quality earrings
I just bought some earrings from this company and was really impressed with how nice they are. But then, after a few months, one of the earrings broke. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me quickly and asked for a picture of the broken earring. They sent me a new pair right away without any issues. The new ones are great, and I think the first one breaking was just bad luck. I'm definitely sticking with this company for their awesome designs, quality, and prices.

I've been using Shoptiques to sell my products and it's been really great. My customers seem to really like what I have to offer. One thing I would recommend is using USPS for shipping to make it faster and have better tracking. Also, I think it would be better to shorten the return time to just 5 days and speed up the payments for stores to only have to wait 7 days.
