Oh my gosh, we just flew to Europe and it was incredible! The plane was really nice and clean, with plenty of room to relax. The flight attendants were so friendly and helpful, like the best ever. It was so annoying when I was trying to add luggage while booking my flight, but then at the airport, they hit me with crazy fees of 12 Swiss francs per kilo. The manager from DNATA, who I think was working for the airline, acted really unprofessionally and didn't seem to care at all. I had a really bad experience with that airline on my recent trip to South Africa. My luggage was lost and didn't show up until 6 days later, which really messed up my vacation. I had to buy new clothes and stuff for me and my wife because they dropped the ball. They only offered to cover 28% of what I spent, way less than the total, and they never explained why. They were terrible at keeping me updated, and they never owned up to losing my stuff.
