    Unaccompanied minor ticket

    I just booked a ticket for my kid to fly alone on this airline, and I gotta say, I was really let down by how unprofessional and all over the place their service was. I mean, from when I made the reservation on the phone to getting different info online, at the airport, and at the gate, it was super stressful and just made me feel uneasy. When it comes to your child's safety, it's definitely worth paying a bit more for a service that you can actually count on.

    Flight experience review

    My experience with this airline was awful. They charged for every little thing, even using the overhead bin. Plus, their website was offline for a whole week, so we couldn't check in or pick our seats online. When my wife and I got to the airport, we were surprised to see we were seated far apart on the plane. The customer service line wasn't helpful at all - all they did was list off things they couldn't do. Overall, the whole setup seemed really chaotic and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking with them.

    Oh my gosh, we just flew to Europe and it was incredible! The plane was really nice and clean, with plenty of room to relax. The flight attendants were so friendly and helpful, like the best ever. We travel often and this airline was seriously the best we've experienced in a while. We're so glad we discovered them!

    Difficult luggage fees

    It was so annoying when I was trying to add luggage while booking my flight, but then at the airport, they hit me with crazy fees of 12 Swiss francs per kilo. The manager from DNATA, who I think was working for the airline, acted really unprofessionally and didn't seem to care at all. It was really disappointing to see them using these kind of tactics just to get more money from customers. This whole thing has totally turned me off and I won't be booking with this airline again.

    Direct flight experience with luggage mishap and flight delay

    I had a really bad experience with Condor. They lost my luggage on my flight to YVR and had no idea where it was or what happened. It took a whole week for me to get it back. Their communication was terrible and I hardly got any info from their app. I filed a claim and complaint, but it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard back.

    Vacation booking and luggage issues

    My experience with this airline was so frustrating and disappointing. I booked a vacation through a travel agency that included flights with them, and I had a ton of problems with their baggage rules. Even though I followed everything on their app and called customer service to double-check, I still got wrong info and had to pay extra for bags I didn't need. Plus, the person at the airport check-in gave me different info, which just made everything even more confusing and stressful. The lack of clear communication and consistency in their rules made the whole thing a big headache, and I ended up feeling so annoyed and let down.

    Flight non-existence

    Our flight was a total disaster! We were sitting there waiting, but there was no online check-in available. We tried to do it the old-fashioned way, but no luck – just an error message. We called customer service, but they were no help either. We had to prove the issue with a screenshot just to avoid a fee. Can you believe it? And then we were told our flight wasn't even happening! We had to rush to another airline for a last-minute check-in. Condor didn't give us any information at all. It was so frustrating and just not cool.

    Vancouver to Rome round-trip flight

    Our experience with this airline was pretty good. The flight going out left and landed on schedule, but the flight back had some delays because of other airlines we were connecting with, not because of this airline. The only problem we had was with a gate change in Frankfurt.

    Paid 200 bucks for comfy seats

    We were really looking forward to sitting in these comfy, luxurious seats, but when we finally got there, we were pretty bummed out. Turns out, the seats were way too small and not cozy at all. We were hoping to kick back and relax, but instead we were all crammed in and uncomfortable. What a bummer!

    Flight to South Africa

    I had a really bad experience with that airline on my recent trip to South Africa. My luggage was lost and didn't show up until 6 days later, which really messed up my vacation. I had to buy new clothes and stuff for me and my wife because they dropped the ball. I reached out to customer service right away when I got back, but after 5 weeks of going back and forth, they said my claim was too late, even though I had proof. They only offered to cover 28% of what I spent, way less than the total, and they never explained why. They were terrible at keeping me updated, and they never owned up to losing my stuff. The food on the plane was also terrible and pretty much inedible. I wouldn't recommend this airline to anybody after such a bad experience.

    Flight experience to South Africa

    My recent flight with your airline to South Africa and back was not good. The service and friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. There was a lack of greeting or acknowledgment, and it felt like we were more of a burden than valued customers. The flight attendants seemed disinterested and unmotivated. On top of that, the seats on the new Airbus 330neo were defective and squeaky, which made for a really uncomfortable experience, especially during a night flight. Overall, I was let down by the drop in quality compared to my past experiences with your airline.

    Flight to Cape Town

    Man, let me tell you about my experience with this airline. So, I booked a flight to Cape Town not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a mess from start to finish. First off, my flight was delayed - surprise, surprise. The flight attendants were so rude, which just made everything even worse. And then, to top it all off, the flight got delayed again because of some maintenance issue. Oh, and guess what? The entertainment system didn't even work on either flight. They didn't even bother to say sorry or offer anything to make up for all the inconveniences. You can bet I won't be flying with them ever again.

    Bought seat assignments for my family

    I bought seat assignments for me and my family a few weeks before our flight. But when we got to the airport, the seats were nowhere to be found. We ended up having to buy them again, only to realize two hours later at baggage drop-off that they still weren't assigned. I submitted a customer service ticket over a month ago, but I've only gotten automated responses since then. Condor's seat assignment system is a disaster, and it seems like they're taking advantage of us.

    Easy online booking

    I don't get why there are so many bad reviews on here. I book flights with your airline a couple times a year, and I always pick yours. Every time we've flown, it's been great. The crew on the plane are really nice, super professional, and always ready to have a chat. Online check-in usually goes smoothly (except when the website acts up) but overall, we've had nothing but good experiences.

    Cancelled 2,000 dollar flight

    I can't believe it! I thought I was being smart by getting a ticket with free cancellation, but it turns out it was only free for the first flight. I lost 2,000 dollars because of that stupid rule. I feel like I got scammed by this airline! I'm never flying with them again.

    First-time flight experience

    The first time I flew with this airline was back in April 2024 and let me tell you, it was such a nice surprise! The crew was amazing on both flights, super polite and really hospitable. The food they served during the flight was also really good, which just added to the whole great experience. Even if I don't always have a straight flight with them, I know for sure that I'll pick them again because of the awesome service I got.

    Flight from Dusseldorf to Tenerife with extra luggage option

    Alright, so me, my partner, and our two young kids booked a flight with Condor from Dusseldorf to Tenerife. We were a little worried after reading some bad reviews online, but we decided to go for it. We paid extra for more luggage and crossed our fingers. Check-in at the airport was surprisingly fast and the staff there were nice and helpful. But once we got on the plane, the flight attendants seemed a bit distant and more interested in selling stuff than giving great service. Despite that, the plane was clean and everything was well-organized, so overall, we were happy with our Condor flight experience.

    I gotta say, my flight with Condor was amazing! The crew was super nice and the pilots were top-notch. I felt safe and cozy the whole time. I'll definitely fly with them again. Way to go, Condor!
