I got this blueberry face mask and it totally ruined my skin, I mean seriously?! I was so annoyed and tried to return it but they wouldn't even give me a refund, like seriously what kind of customer service is that?! I sent them a bunch of emails but they totally ignored me. Then I messaged them on Instagram and they acted like they would help, but after I gave them my order number, they just disappeared. Such a waste of money and time, ugh.

Bag, delayed delivery
I was so relieved when my bag from KL Paris finally arrived, but man, let me tell you, the whole process was a total headache because of the delay. I called up on 6/18 to check on my order, and this lady had me on hold forever while she looked into it. She said she'd shoot me an email to update me that same day, but guess what? I never heard a peep. It's a real letdown when the customer service falls short like that, especially when I was starting to really like their stuff. Now, because of this mess, I'm thinking twice about sticking with KL Paris.
