Wrong flights booked, stranded in another country
I just went through a rough ordeal with this travel service that totally messed up my flight booking, leaving me stuck in a foreign country. Even though I got confirmation and all the paperwork showing my plans, the flights they actually booked were all wrong. And then they had the nerve to ask for more money to fix their mistake! The manager didn't seem to care at all, and the staff was just plain rude. It was a total nightmare.

I've been using this payroll software for a while and it's always been great until recently. There was a glitch in the software that messed up one of my pay runs. Some employees were overpaid, while others didn't get paid at all. I've been trying to reach customer service multiple times, but it's been a month and the issue still isn't fixed. They told me the development team was on it and I'd get updates, but nothing's changed. The system's reporting is still wrong, and I'm worried about the W2s being messed up too. Since this problem isn't getting fixed and I'm wasting so much time on it, I've decided to switch to a new provider as soon as I can.

I had a credit note worth $1000 from this company, but when they went bankrupt, they wouldn't honor it. Their customer service was terrible, they kept refusing to honor the voucher. When I contacted them, they basically lied about why they couldn't honor the credit note.

I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and man, I was really let down by their return policy. So, I get the dress and it's not fitting right, you know? I go to return it and they hit me with the news that I can only get store credit, no refund. That's such a hassle for me and others who need to try different sizes and send stuff back that doesn't work out. Their strict return rules really bummed me out and I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

Liquidation request fails
I recently tried to close my account on this platform, but ran into a bunch of frustrating technical problems that made it really hard. Even though I followed what the AI on Live Chat told me to do, I kept seeing new buy orders getting scheduled even after I turned off the "Auto-invest" feature. Customer Service admitted they knew about this issue but hadn't fixed it yet. They suggested I manually make sell orders to get around it. When I asked to close my account, they said they couldn't because the system was still making buy orders. It's been super disappointing dealing with all of this, especially since I originally thought the platform was easy to use.

Like, what is that all about? Just a total scam, I can't believe it!
