Bike accessories
I just bought some bike gear from Blue Sky Cycling online. Everything went pretty smoothly - lots of stuff to pick from. But I gotta say, I was bummed about how long it took to get my order. Placed it on Monday, didn't ship 'til Friday, and now it's not coming until next week. I really needed those accessories sooner, ya know? I'm a big bike guy with a bunch of 'em, always buying stuff, so fast and dependable shipping is super important to me.
Handlebar Grips Purchase
I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company because I saw some bad reviews, but I took a risk and got handlebar grips for my bike. I ordered on Monday and got them on Friday, earlier than expected. The grips were just what I needed and didn't break the bank. It was a great experience that went above and beyond what I was hoping for.
Surprised by the good service
I wasn't sure at first because of all the bad reviews, but I was actually really impressed with how fast and right my order came. I got everything I wanted and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. It was a really good deal for sure!
New bike parts
OMG, Blue Sky Cycling is amazing! I just got some really cool bike parts from them and they came super quick. The customer service was so friendly and the prices were perfect. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Mountain bike parts
I recently ordered some mountain bike parts from this company, and man, let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare. I placed my order a few weeks back, and they told me it would arrive in September. But guess what? September came and went, and still no parts. I've been trying to get a hold of their customer service team all week, but no luck - not a peep. Honestly, it's making me wonder if they went out of business or if they're just straight up ignoring us customers. Either way, it's a terrible situation for the company.
Cycling gear
I just bought some cycling gear from this one store and man, what a letdown. The quality was terrible, the fit was way off, and on top of that, the fabric was like wearing a plastic bag - definitely not good for cycling. I'm super bummed about my purchase.
Tire purchase
I bought some tires from this company not too long ago, but they weren't the right ones. I sent them back right away, expecting to get my money back. But I never did. I tried calling and emailing them, but I never got a response. I'm really disappointed with how they've handled this whole situation.
Bike accessories
I ordered some bike accessories almost two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff. And to top it off, I can't even get ahold of anyone at the company to figure out what's going on. It's really aggravating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and slow delivery. I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from them if you want things to come on time. Just save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your cycling gear.
Discouraging experience
I should've known better than to trust a company that hides behind their computer screens and won't give out a phone number or address. It took me weeks to finally get my order from this online cycling shop, and only after I argued the charge with my credit card company. The lack of communication was super frustrating and unprofessional. Lesson learned - I won't be making the mistake of ordering from them again.
Shoes in wrong size
I bought some shoes online and they totally messed up the size! Can you believe that? I had to send them back on my dime, and then it took forever to get the right size sent to me. They kept promising me that the new shoes were coming, but it never happened. After over a month of waiting, I finally just asked for a refund. But they ended up deducting the original shipping costs from my refund. Ugh, it was definitely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!
Brake pads
Dang, I ordered some brake pads online and shelled out extra for that fast shipping, but my package never showed up! I tried calling and emailing, but nobody ever answered or got back to me. What a rip-off! Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Online order
I just bought something online from Blue Sky Cycling, and man, was it a letdown. I got the usual confirmation email after ordering, but then crickets. No updates on my shipment or any way to track it. I tried hitting up customer service by email and phone, but the numbers were dead and my messages went unanswered. It was so frustrating not knowing what was going on, I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. Such a waste of time and now I'm left feeling like I got scammed.
Cycling accessories
I just bought some cycling gear from this online store. Ordering was easy peasy, got a confirmation email right away. But, dang it, my stuff never showed up! Tried calling customer service, but no luck. This company really let me down, super frustrating and unprofessional.
Headlight for my bike
I got a headlight for my bike from this store. I was super pumped about it, but then it took forever for them to ship it out. The tracking kept saying "delayed - on its way to next destination," and I had no clue what that even meant. They didn't even bother to give me a heads up about the delay! It was annoying waiting without any updates. I mean, seriously, just keep me in the loop! I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. Not cool at all. I'm definitely not buying from them again.
New wheels for my bike
Hey, so I was pumped to order some new wheels for my bike from this one spot. But then they took forever to ship them out and I couldn't reach anybody there. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They ended up canceling my order and giving me a refund. I'm not sure if they're shady or not, but their customer service definitely needs some work.
