I just bought some bike gear from Blue Sky Cycling online. Everything went pretty smoothly - lots of stuff to pick from. But I gotta say, I was bummed about how long it took to get my order. Placed it on Monday, didn't ship 'til Friday, and now it's not coming until next week. I really needed those accessories sooner, ya know? I'm a big bike guy with a bunch of 'em, always buying stuff, so fast and dependable shipping is super important to me.
Handlebar Grips Purchase
I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company because I saw some bad reviews, but I took a risk and got handlebar grips for my bike. I ordered on Monday and got them on Friday, earlier than expected. The grips were just what I needed and didn't break the bank. It was a great experience that went above and beyond what I was hoping for.
Surprised by the good service

I recently ordered some mountain bike parts from this company, and man, let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare. I placed my order a few weeks back, and they told me it would arrive in September. But guess what? September came and went, and still no parts. I've been trying to get a hold of their customer service team all week, but no luck - not a peep. Honestly, it's making me wonder if they went out of business or if they're just straight up ignoring us customers. Either way, it's a terrible situation for the company.

I just bought some cycling gear from this one store and man, what a letdown. The quality was terrible, the fit was way off, and on top of that, the fabric was like wearing a plastic bag - definitely not good for cycling. I'm super bummed about my purchase.

Just save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your cycling gear.

The lack of communication from them is just terrible, and I'm starting to think they scammed me. I definitely think you should steer clear of this company, they're nothing but crooks.

Wow, this whole situation with the online cycling store has been a disaster. I ordered a saddle but never got a receipt because of an email problem, even though I gave all the info needed. I tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response, and then found out they placed a duplicate order without my permission. When I called to ask for a return label, they promised one but never sent it. They wouldn't even acknowledge my emails until now because of this survey. I'm stuck with a saddle I don't even want because it's not worth the trouble to send it back or dispute the charge on my credit card.
Discouraging experience
I should've known better than to trust a company that hides behind their computer screens and won't give out a phone number or address. I bought some shoes online and they totally messed up the size! Can you believe that? I had to send them back on my dime, and then it took forever to get the right size sent to me. They kept promising me that the new shoes were coming, but it never happened. After over a month of waiting, I finally just asked for a refund. But they ended up deducting the original shipping costs from my refund. Ugh, it was definitely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!

Dang, I ordered some brake pads online and shelled out extra for that fast shipping, but my package never showed up! I tried calling and emailing, but nobody ever answered or got back to me. What a rip-off! Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
