    Mountain bike parts

    I recently ordered some mountain bike parts from this company, and man, let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare. I placed my order a few weeks back, and they told me it would arrive in September. But guess what? September came and went, and still no parts. I've been trying to get a hold of their customer service team all week, but no luck - not a peep. Honestly, it's making me wonder if they went out of business or if they're just straight up ignoring us customers. Either way, it's a terrible situation for the company.

    I just bought some cycling gear from this one store and man, what a letdown. The quality was terrible, the fit was way off, and on top of that, the fabric was like wearing a plastic bag - definitely not good for cycling. I'm super bummed about my purchase.

    I ordered some bike accessories almost two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff. And to top it off, I can't even get ahold of anyone at the company to figure out what's going on. It's really aggravating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and slow delivery. I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from them if you want things to come on time. Just save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your cycling gear.

    Wow, this whole situation with the online cycling store has been a disaster. I ordered a saddle but never got a receipt because of an email problem, even though I gave all the info needed. I tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response, and then found out they placed a duplicate order without my permission. When I called to ask for a return label, they promised one but never sent it. They wouldn't even acknowledge my emails until now because of this survey. I'm stuck with a saddle I don't even want because it's not worth the trouble to send it back or dispute the charge on my credit card.

    I should've known better than to trust a company that hides behind their computer screens and won't give out a phone number or address. It took me weeks to finally get my order from this online cycling shop, and only after I argued the charge with my credit card company. The lack of communication was super frustrating and unprofessional. Lesson learned - I won't be making the mistake of ordering from them again.

    Handlebar Grips Purchase

    I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company because I saw some bad reviews, but I took a risk and got handlebar grips for my bike. I ordered on Monday and got them on Friday, earlier than expected. The grips were just what I needed and didn't break the bank. It was a great experience that went above and beyond what I was hoping for.

    Shoes in wrong size

    I bought some shoes online and they totally messed up the size! Can you believe that? I had to send them back on my dime, and then it took forever to get the right size sent to me. They kept promising me that the new shoes were coming, but it never happened. After over a month of waiting, I finally just asked for a refund. But they ended up deducting the original shipping costs from my refund. Ugh, it was definitely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!

    Headlight for my bike

    I got a headlight for my bike from this store. I was super pumped about it, but then it took forever for them to ship it out. The tracking kept saying "delayed - on its way to next destination," and I had no clue what that even meant. They didn't even bother to give me a heads up about the delay! It was annoying waiting without any updates. I mean, seriously, just keep me in the loop! I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. Not cool at all. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

    Hey, so I was pumped to order some new wheels for my bike from this one spot. But then they took forever to ship them out and I couldn't reach anybody there. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They ended up canceling my order and giving me a refund.     New wheels for my bike

    I recently got some new wheels for my bike from this shop. They were really nice, but when I needed to return them, it was a nightmare. I had to keep emailing back and forth just to get an update. It felt like talking to a snail, everything was moving so slowly! They wouldn't refund me until I threatened to call my bank. Even after that, they claimed they couldn't locate my returned items, even though the tracking number showed they received them a while ago. I'm still waiting for my refund...not a great experience. I won't be shopping there again.

    I got an AC bearing from this one place and man, it was seriously the worst choice I could've made. I was trying to pay with Paypal but it was acting all weird, so I ended up having to put in my card details. And then out of nowhere, someone tried to use my card at a theme park the very next day. Like, what is that all about? Just a total scam, I can't believe it!

    Brake set order mix-up

    I ordered a front and rear 160mm brake set from Blue Sky Cycling recently, but got a front 160mm and a front 180mm brake set instead. It was a hassle because I really needed the rear brake set too. Mistakes happen, but I was bummed that it was on Blue Sky Cycling's end. They didn't offer to speed up the shipping to fix it, which would have been a good way to make up for the error.
