Review about: Silverlight
Expensive socks, unfulfilled order
I was really let down by my recent shopping experience. I spent a lot of money on some socks, but they never showed up. Customer service didn't seem to care and just told me to deal with the courier on my own to try to get my package back. It was super frustrating and made me feel like I was on my own. Also, the fact that they didn't take Paypal should have been a warning sign. I wish I had just gone with a brand like Smartwool instead.

Shorts, Great Quality
The shorts I bought were really great quality and worked well for both exercise and dressing up for dinner. But man, the price was a little high for what you're getting. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's such a pain! It's annoying that you can't return anything on sale, especially when their regular prices are already pretty steep. If they had a more customer-friendly return policy, I'd probably shop there more often.

Expensive Purse
I just bought this really expensive purse thinking it was gonna be all fancy and stuff. But guess what? Less than a year later, I see the seam is already unraveling. Like, seriously? I dropped over $300 on this thing, not to mention the tax on top of that. I'm super bummed out about it. Maybe I should've gone with a different brand instead of this one.

I gotta say, the watches I bought were so stylish and different - I really loved 'em. And the quality was super good, especially for the prices they were asking. I had a little problem with the shirt I got, but the customer service team fixed it fast by sending me a new one. I was actually really happy when they told me I could keep or donate the messed up shirt to save on shipping. It's things like this that make me like this company even more - they really care about reducing waste and helping the environment.

Hotel booking
I gotta say, booking a hotel on this site was super easy. Found a awesome deal on a room for my vacation and was pumped to have everything all set with just a few clicks. But then, when I got to the hotel, turns out my reservation wasn't even in their system. Spent over an hour going back and forth with the front desk and customer service before they finally straightened it out. It totally messed up the beginning of my trip and left me feeling let down by the whole thing.

Uneven shoe sizes and poor quality
I just bought a pair of shoes from this brand and man, let me tell you, I was pretty let down. One shoe was a bit bigger than the other right off the bat, like what? But hey, when I asked for an exchange, they made it easy-peasy. So I got my replacement pair, but guess what? One of the heels straight up fell apart after just a handful of wears. I dropped $600 on these bad boys, so I was expecting way better quality. Yeah, needless to say, I won't be shopping with this brand again.

I was really shocked at how quickly I got my money after submitting my claim! I had heard some horror stories about other companies dragging their feet with payments, but not this one.
