Locked account, subscription issues
I had a really bad time with this subscription I got. It was a total mess. I paid for it but ended up getting locked out of my account. I tried using my computer to get in, but it just kept showing errors. I couldn't even reach out for help from support. The mobile app wasn't any better - couldn't log in and just kept showing errors. After lots of trying by uninstalling and reinstalling, I finally got in, even though it said before that I didn't have an account. It was all just frustrating and crazy. I had to end up canceling the subscription because of all that. And on top of it, never got that "change password" email they said they sent to me. Overall, a big disappointment with a badly run app.

Easy peasy storage saver
I absolutely adore this software! It's so user-friendly and really helps me clear up space on my computer. It includes all sorts of useful tools for locating and deleting unnecessary files, speeding up my computer, and ensuring it's protected from viruses. I also love that it shows me how much power my computer is consuming, that's pretty neat. The scan was quick and my computer already feels faster. Oh, and let me tell you about their customer service - top-notch!

Expensive socks, unfulfilled order
I was really let down by my recent shopping experience. I spent a lot of money on some socks, but they never showed up. Customer service didn't seem to care and just told me to deal with the courier on my own to try to get my package back. It was super frustrating and made me feel like I was on my own. Also, the fact that they didn't take Paypal should have been a warning sign. I wish I had just gone with a brand like Smartwool instead.

Dang, I ordered some brake pads online and shelled out extra for that fast shipping, but my package never showed up! I tried calling and emailing, but nobody ever answered or got back to me. What a rip-off! Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Hotel booking
I gotta say, booking a hotel on this site was super easy. Found a awesome deal on a room for my vacation and was pumped to have everything all set with just a few clicks. But then, when I got to the hotel, turns out my reservation wasn't even in their system. Spent over an hour going back and forth with the front desk and customer service before they finally straightened it out. It totally messed up the beginning of my trip and left me feeling let down by the whole thing.

I was really shocked at how quickly I got my money after submitting my claim! I had heard some horror stories about other companies dragging their feet with payments, but not this one.
