Shoes return and exchange
I recently had to return a pair of shoes and swap them out for a different size, and I gotta say, the customer service I got from Tennis Point was top-notch. The whole process was a breeze and super convenient. The guy who helped me was really nice and handled everything like a pro. He gave me a shipping label to send the shoes back, and even hooked me up with a discount on the new pair I needed. I really appreciated the smooth sailing and the extra effort to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely be coming back to Tennis Point for more gear, especially since the Cincinnati Pickleball club swears by it!
Recent racquet purchase
I bought this fancy racquet not too long ago, but then I noticed the price went down just two days later. I was kind of bummed out about it, so I decided to contact customer service and let them know how I was feeling. I was pretty shocked when they got back to me pretty quickly, within 18 hours, and they even offered to give me a refund for the difference in price. Their customer service was top-notch and really went above and beyond what I was expecting. It made me feel like a valued customer. I have to say, I was really impressed with how professional and responsive their team was.
Pickleball accessories and clothing
I recently went to Tennis Point to pick up some gear and clothes for pickleball. I'm a big pickleball fan, so I like to tweak my paddles by adding weight and putting on extra grip. I usually use 3/4” lead tape, but it wasn't sticking right on my new paddle's curved surface. Luckily, Tennis Point had 1/2” tape in stock, which worked like a charm. And on top of that, I found some sweet deals on clothes in the clearance section. The stuff I got was top quality, and I was super impressed with all the choices at Tennis Point.
Tennis equipment for vacation
As a big tennis fan, I just bought some equipment from Tennis Point to take on my vacation. Let me tell you, it was crucial for me to get my order quickly because I was heading out soon. K-Swiss Shoe purchase
I just bought some K-Swiss shoes from Tennis Point online. It was super easy to order and the price was great. They even gave me free shipping, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, my order ended up shipping a week later than they said it would, which was kind of a bummer. I get that it was out of their control, but it still affected my opinion overall. Even with this little hiccup, I've had good experiences with Tennis Point in the past. Their prices, selection, and delivery have always been top-notch.
Renting tennis rackets
My brother just made the tennis team at his middle school and we needed some demo rackets to try out before deciding what to buy. Luckily, we found three rental rackets from Tennis Point. It was really neat because my brother got to try them all and pick his favorite. The customer service was amazing - they answered all our questions quickly and were so helpful. We will definitely be continuing to order from them because their service has been fantastic.

New clay court shoes
I got those shoes I ordered pretty quickly, and they're my first time trying out clay court shoes. The tops are definitely stiffer than my regular shoes for hard courts, and the laces on the sides are different, but they seem good for sliding. I think they'll be great once I wear them in a little.
