Large ill-fitting socks
The socks I bought ended up being way bigger than what the size chart said. I tried getting a smaller pair but they still didn't fit right. Plus, it took forever to get both deliveries. When I reached out to customer service about the sizing problem, they weren't helpful at all. My whole experience with this company was really terrible, so I'd recommend staying away from them.
Expensive socks, unfulfilled order
I was really let down by my recent shopping experience. I spent a lot of money on some socks, but they never showed up. Customer service didn't seem to care and just told me to deal with the courier on my own to try to get my package back. It was super frustrating and made me feel like I was on my own. Also, the fact that they didn't take Paypal should have been a warning sign. I wish I had just gone with a brand like Smartwool instead.
No package. Payment taken.
I ordered something and paid for it, but it never showed up! The customer service team replied at first, but then ghosted me after I showed proof that I paid. Now, three months later, they're trying to tell me they delivered it with some fake screenshot from a different country on a different date! That's so sketchy.
Pair of socks
I bought a pair of socks from this store not too long ago. Right after I placed my order, they charged my card. But guess what? I never got the socks. They gave me a tracking number to keep an eye on the delivery, but every time I checked, it said there was no info. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. Now I'm starting to think I got scammed. It's been a real bummer of an experience.
Socks purchase
I finally got my hands on a pair of socks from this place, but man, it was a real challenge. The socks are awesome, no doubt about that, but dealing with them always being out of stock is just plain irritating. And their customer service? Don't even get me started. They are by far the most incompetent group I've ever come across. It's like talking to a brick wall every time I need help.
Online shopping
I recently had a pretty bad experience with an online store when I tried to buy something. Even though I changed my mind before completing the order, I still got charged. I tried emailing their customer service four times in four days to cancel the order, but they pretty much ignored me. I only got one response. Then, I got notifications saying the order was confirmed and shipped, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole ordeal. It's really disheartening when you feel like your money was taken unfairly, and the company doesn't seem to care about fixing the problem.
