Subscription skin supplement
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a few years and usually love their products. But things have gone downhill recently. In November, I got charged for my skin discipline supplement subscription and got an order confirmation, but the stuff never actually showed up. Customer service said there was a warehouse issue causing problems with orders, which worried me because I might not have even noticed if I hadn't reached out.
Then, in December, the same thing happened again. I got charged, got a confirmation, but no products arrived. I had to contact customer service once more. What's going on here? Charging customers without shipping their orders is just wrong - it feels like they're trying to steal from us. Family purchase, Essential
Our family was really struggling with our devices always running out of battery. So, we all decided to get one of these chargers each, and it's seriously been a game changer! They're small, so easy to bring with us wherever we go, and they've come to the rescue more than once when we were out and about. The chargers are super high quality, and the customer service we got was top-notch. I can't recommend these chargers enough to anyone who needs a trustworthy power source on the move.

I've been feeling terrible ever since Covid started, but I came across these amazing hormone drinks and digestion relief products at a show in October. Let me tell you, they've really helped improve my health! I've been recommending them to all my family and friends, and they've been loving them too. I got the coolest watch ever from Watch Gang! They have so many amazing watches to choose from, and I've never been disappointed in the 2 years I've been a customer. My collection is really cool now! This month's watch was a super cool submariners watch that happened to be a Ballast brand. And get this - I served on a submarine in the US Navy! It's like fate, man!

Quality products, slow delivery
My experience with this company was pretty good overall. The customer service was awesome and they kept me in the loop about my order. It did take a little longer for my stuff to get to me than I thought, but it was worth the wait because the quality was really good. A few pieces were bigger than I thought, but I liked them so much that now they're my favorite things to wear. Even though the delivery was slow, I would still suggest this company and would buy from them again. I just think they should focus on making their shipping and returns smoother to build trust with customers.
