Portable charger disappointment
I was really disappointed with this portable charger. I was hoping it would be a convenient way to charge my phone when I'm out and about, but it didn't live up to my expectations at all. First of all, it's too bulky to fit in my handbag, so it's not really that portable. And even when I did manage to fully charge it, it didn't give my phone a quick or lasting charge. It was a total waste of money! I wish I had read the reviews before buying it, instead of assuming it would be good just because of where it came from.
Two chargers
I bought two of these chargers back in December, but unfortunately, one of them showed up not working. It was quite a pain to get a replacement, but after some back and forth, they finally sent one out. However, within just a month, the charging port broke off while the lid was on in my handbag. Even though the charger is cute and small, it's actually really flimsy and not great for traveling. I was pretty bummed when I found out that this wasn't covered by the warranty. Personally, I think they should come with a case for better protection. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

Comet charger
I really love these chargers! They're super handy and look great, plus they really get the job done. I use an Android for myself and an iPhone for work, so the comet charger is a real game-changer for me. Rush Charger Trident
I picked up the Rush Charger Trident and man, it's been solid. It charges my phone crazy fast when it's up and running. The only bummer is that I reached out to them twice about getting a longer cord so I could set my phone on a table while it charges, but never heard back. It's frustrating 'cause sometimes I have to hang my phone from the wall socket and the cord ends up all tangled with wires showing.
Defective purchase
I bought a twin pack of charging cables and was bummed when one of the pins got bent after just a week. I tried really hard to be gentle, but then the second pin ended up bent too a few days later. Those were pricey gifts that didn't even make it past a couple of weeks. The warranty doesn't include bent pins, which really makes me wonder about the quality of the product - they must be super fragile.
rapid charger not rapid, flimsy cord, stopped working after a year
This charger is the worst. I got it thinking it would charge my phone really quickly, but nope, it's as slow as can be. The cord is like a cheap shoelace, super flimsy and way too short - it keeps slipping out of my phone all the time. And after only a year of using it, it up and quit on me - just stopped charging altogether. Wish I would've bought a better one that actually does what it's supposed to!
Overpriced and slow charging purchase
I was really let down by my latest buy. The cost was way too high for what I got. And on top of that, the charging was painfully slow. I was hoping for a fast and smooth charging process, but instead, it took ages for my phone to get even a little bit of juice. This isn't what they said I'd get when I bought it, and now I'm totally let down. It's really disappointing when companies lie just to make money quickly.
2 rush chargers
I bought two rush chargers and I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the quality. One of them broke after just a few uses, even though I did everything right as per the instructions. The charger ports were so flimsy that they couldn't handle charging unless I held my phone in a specific way. If I just set the phone down, the port would bend and then snap eventually. Considering how much I spent on them, it was a major disappointment.

I bought two chargers last week - one for me and one as a gift. I was really looking forward to using my new charger today, but I was pretty let down. Even after charging for over two hours, my phone still hadn't reached 70% battery! My old KMart charger is quicker than this so-called 'fast' charger. I bought a portable charger a little while ago because I thought it was cool when my friend showed me theirs. But man, their customer service has been awful. I tried calling and emailing a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me at all. They were so fast to take my money, but now it's like they've disappeared. Unstable design
I like the look of the Rush chargers, but the way they sit when charging is pretty wobbly and seems like they could break easily. The design is not great, I bought two and I don't think they'll hold up well over time. They just dangle off the end of the phone, which makes it hard to hold onto.
Trident models purchase
I bought two Trident models from your store recently, but I've been pretty unhappy with how they've been working out. The first one I got didn't work at all, and even though I got a replacement, it only worked for a short time. Then, the second Trident model just stopped working too. I sent the broken ones back to the manufacturer, and they said I bent the terminals which caused the issues. I was careful with them, so I was really surprised by their explanation. I thought these Trident models were a cool concept, but I'm bummed by how fragile and not long-lasting they turned out to be.

I ordered a portable charger back on April 25th, but there's been a problem with getting it to me. The tracking info says a label was made for shipping on the same day I bought it, but it's been over a month now and the item still hasn't been sent out.
