Cashemere hoodie
I ordered a cashmere hoodie from Gentle Herd on Xmas day - I had never heard of them, and it may have even been that I found them by clicking on an Instagram ad (who does that?)
Anyhow, they were having a 40% off sale and I saw a sweater that looked like the exact cut that seems to always work for me.
The size chart with diagrams was helpful - I also liked that they noted which size the model in the picture was wearing and had photos of which model they were referencing (when two different models were shown modelling different colours of the same style).
I also used the chat function for a couple of questions, and each was promptly answered to my satisfaction, including where the clothes were manufactured and shipping from (China). I was told the sweater I was ordering would take between two and three weeks to arrive. [an aside: for all those people complaining about their item not being in stock, I would suggest maybe using the chat function to verify availability?]
After pretty much exactly two weeks - my sweater arrived, and is BEAUTIFUL, and is exactly as advertised. I am in love with my cashmere hoodie <3.Cardigans for mother with dementia
I recently bought several cardigans from this store for my mom, who lives in a nursing home and has dementia. She’s always feeling chilly, so she loves how soft and cozy the cardigans are. Thanks to these purchases, she now has a nice collection of 8-10 cardigans that keep her nice and warm. The quality of the clothes is top-notch, they hold up well in the wash and still look good even after lots of wear. I’m so thankful to this store for offering such well-made and comfy clothing options that have really made a difference in my mom's comfort and overall well-being. We’ll definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Quality products, slow delivery
My experience with this company was pretty good overall. The customer service was awesome and they kept me in the loop about my order. It did take a little longer for my stuff to get to me than I thought, but it was worth the wait because the quality was really good. A few pieces were bigger than I thought, but I liked them so much that now they're my favorite things to wear. Even though the delivery was slow, I would still suggest this company and would buy from them again. I just think they should focus on making their shipping and returns smoother to build trust with customers.
Unique clothing items
I just bought some clothes from this online store and was really impressed with their unique style. Even though it took a while for my order to arrive because it was coming from overseas, Amy from customer service was amazing. I had a missing item and when I messaged her about it, she got back to me right away with all the info I needed to find it. The dress and pants I bought are not only super stylish, but also really comfy to wear. I'm really happy with both my purchase and the top-notch customer service I got from this company.
Undyed Cashmere Sweater
Oh my goodness, guess what? I just got this really awesome new sweater and I absolutely LOVE it! It's super soft and cozy, and the color is just so cute. Whenever I put it on, I feel like a warm little marshmallow. And the design is simple yet stylish, which I really adore. I'm so grateful, store!
Three items
I recently bought three things from this company and honestly, I was not too happy with how it all went down. It took a whopping 19 days for my stuff to get to me after I ordered, which was longer than I was hoping for, let me tell you. On top of that, my items came in two different packages, which was just a pain. I got notifications saying my order was being sent by some company I've never heard of (Ruike tech) before I finally got my stuff from the actual company I bought from. The quality of the items was alright, but I don't think they were worth what I paid. And the packaging? It was pretty low-quality - just a cheap, ugly plastic bag that made me feel like I bought stuff from some shady place. I'm definitely not going to buy from this company again after this.
Cute coat
The super cute coat I got from the store came right on time, and it was really nice - all lined and everything! But, dang, it just didn't fit me the way I hoped, so I had to send it back. It would've been so much better if they included more info in the instructions, like how tall the models are and what sizes they're wearing. Still, returning it was a breeze 'cause the store had really clear directions.
Big order cancellation
OMG, I was totally freaking out after I made this huge order because I heard some bad things about the store. But then I saw on their website that you could cancel within 24 hours by email, so I was like, "Yes, please!" And you know what? They responded on a Sunday night and canceled my order! I got an email and PayPal notification really quickly. I was so relieved!
Cropped sweater purchase
I just bought this adorable cropped sweater from Gentle Herd and let me tell you, it's become a total go-to in my closet. The cropped style is super short, so I suggest layering it over a bra or tank. I've also found that it looks amazing paired with maxi dresses, really showing off those curves. All in all, I'm beyond happy with this buy.
Two Coats
I was super excited about my orders from this company at first because the coats I got were amazing. But my last experience wasn't so great. The website said it could take up to 15 days to ship, but really only took 2 days to ship and then got stuck in China for 6 days. When I contacted customer service, all I got was a generic response and my package didn't show up until 5 days later. I'm satisfied with what I bought, but the shipping situation was really annoying.
