My experience with this retailer was really disappointing. First off, my order was delayed, which was super frustrating. When I finally got my clothes, they were not good quality and didn't fit right at all. The sizes were off and the clothes just didn't look right on me. Then, when I tried to return them, I had more issues. The return site was closed, so USPS couldn't deliver my package and it took even longer. I was worried I wouldn't get my money back. When I called customer service, they said they had already refunded me through a Pay Pal account, but I didn't even have one. They even sent me a fake document showing the refund in a non-existent account. After talking to my credit card company, the refund finally went through the next day. Overall, my experience with this retailer was full of problems and false information.
