Language learning course
I loved using the language learning program from that place. The cartoons were entertaining and the characters made it a breeze to learn new words and phrases. The interactive activities were my favorite part because they helped me practice what I was learning. It was awesome to see how fast I was picking up new words and getting better at the language. All in all, I had a blast with this course and would totally suggest it to other kids looking to learn a new language.

I had such a good time talking with this lady named Lori G in customer service. She was really nice, super helpful, and even made me laugh. It really made dealing with the company a lot better. I could tell she was really paying attention and knew her stuff.

Cropped sweater purchase
I just bought this adorable cropped sweater from Gentle Herd and let me tell you, it's become a total go-to in my closet. The cropped style is super short, so I suggest layering it over a bra or tank. I've also found that it looks amazing paired with maxi dresses, really showing off those curves. All in all, I'm beyond happy with this buy.

Locked out as a customer
OMG, I can't even deal right now. I was trying to log in to my account and I ended up getting locked out. I mean, seriously, how does that even happen? And then when I tried to get some help, the sales team seemed like they didn't even care. It's like, hey, I'm a paying customer over here! And let's not even go there with the billing and support team - they wouldn't even pick up the phone! It's almost like they don't want my money or something. I can't even wrap my head around how this company is still in business. They seriously need to step up their game, for real!

Ink cartridge purchase
I recently bought ink cartridges from this company and the whole process was great. The website was easy to use, prices were good, and there were lots of options to choose from. I haven't tried the cartridges yet but I'm sure they'll be good based on how well everything else went. They came really fast and were well packaged when they got here. I'm happy with my experience and would buy from them again.

International flight from JFK to Thailand
I recently took a flight from JFK to Thailand with Korean Air and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how they handle things with other airlines. Even though I did online check-in through Delta's website, I couldn't get my boarding passes or finish checking in with Korean Air. When I tried at the kiosks at JFK, they said they couldn't find my reservation. It was super stressful, especially since other Korean Air passengers told me this happens a lot when you book through another airline like Delta. The flight itself felt really long, to the point where my wife was wondering if the planes are slower or just more crowded. All in all, not the kind of experience you'd hope for on an international flight.
