Review about: Pendulum
Unanswered queries, late delivery, lack of customer service
This company totally dropped the ball on answering any of my questions about the product I bought, so now I'm not even sure if it was the right one. And to top it off, my order showed up way later than expected, or sometimes not even at all. Their customer service was basically MIA - never got back to me on any of my messages. It's just really frustrating to see how they lack even the most basic communication and customer care.

Motorcycle helmet purchase
I just got a new motorcycle helmet from RevZilla and I really like how it looks. But, I had a bit of a problem with the sizing. It would have been helpful if they had reminded me to measure my head before buying and maybe had a size chart for reference. Because of this, I took a guess and got an XL, but it's a little snug. I'm hoping it'll loosen up as I wear it more.

Razor set and body care products
I bought a razor set and some body care products from this company not too long ago and I gotta tell ya, I'm really blown away by how great they are! The razor did a fantastic job giving me a close shave without any irritation, and the body care products made my skin super soft and hydrated. Print on demand service
I thought the website was pretty easy to get around and the customer support team was really on top of things. The options for custom printing were a little limited though. I couldn't slap my company logo on pens or sweatpants, but I could on a bikini, go figure. The stuff I did order turned out well though. I haven't checked out anything else the website provides yet.

I bought some hoodies from this store not too long ago and it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I wasn't too happy with the customer service - it took forever for them to get back to me whenever I had questions. And my order? Well, that took over a month to get to me from the day I bought it, which was way longer than I was expecting. The tracking info they gave me wasn't too helpful either, didn't really tell me much about where my stuff was. Still, the hoodies I got were pretty nice, though I was hoping they'd be a bit thicker. But because of the slow service and long shipping times, I don't really plan on shopping here again.
