Unanswered queries, late delivery, lack of customer service
This company totally dropped the ball on answering any of my questions about the product I bought, so now I'm not even sure if it was the right one. And to top it off, my order showed up way later than expected, or sometimes not even at all. Their customer service was basically MIA - never got back to me on any of my messages. It's just really frustrating to see how they lack even the most basic communication and customer care.
Delayed order
I ordered something from this place weeks ago and got a confirmation, but where is my product? I've sent several emails asking for an explanation, but they haven't replied at all. Who does that nowadays? Feels like they're stuck in the Stone Age, using smoke signals to communicate. I wouldn't give them a good review even if you paid me. And their customer service is a joke - non-existent, just like my missing product. I haven't even had a chance to use whatever I bought, and it doesn't look like I will anytime soon. Thanks for nothing, Pendulum!
Metabolic Daily subscription
I recently gave the Metabolic Daily subscription from this company a shot, but ya know what, it didn't really do much for my health or metabolism. So, I went ahead and decided to cancel my membership before my next shipment came around.
GLP-1 probiotic purchase
I got that GLP-1 probiotic and it totally made me feel nauseous. I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but I haven't heard back from customer service after multiple tries. It's been pretty frustrating and disappointing that they're not addressing my problem. All I want to do is send back the product I haven't even opened and get my money back, but dealing with this company seems like an impossible task.
Defective product and difficult cancellation process
I bought something from this company and I was really disappointed because it didn't work like I thought it would. The worst part was when I tried to cancel my subscription. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times but couldn't get through to anyone for help. The whole cancellation process was confusing and annoying. I ended up having to ask my bank to cancel the subscription for me. I really don't recommend giving this company your payment info because their customer service is terrible and canceling is a headache.
Probiotics bottle purchase
I got some probiotics and man, it seriously took forever for that order to arrive! They never even bothered to let me know it was going to take that long. I had to reach out and ask when I could expect my package, and they hit me with November! And to top it off, they charged me as soon as I placed the order. Their ads are all up on Instagram and Facebook, but not a peep about how slow their shipping is!
Placed an order in early October with FedEx 2-Day shipping
I placed an order back in early October and chose FedEx 2-Day shipping. But man, when mid-November rolled around, my order hadn't even been shipped yet. I talked to Customer Service, and they told me it would definitely be shipped out by 11/20. But then, surprise surprise, there were some unexpected delays on their end, and I was left feeling totally annoyed and like I got ripped off. I had to reach out again, and finally, at the end of November, my order was on its way. All in all, it was a pretty crummy experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company again.
