I just got some toys and treats for my pets from this store and it was a pretty good experience. The ordering part was a little annoying because of some technical problems, but when I called, the service I got was really great. The lady I talked to was super helpful and explained everything well, plus she apologized for the hassle. The prices were fair for what I got, and the delivery was fast. Everything showed up in good shape, so I was happy with my purchase.

The people at this jewelry store were so nice and professional when they made a custom pendant for me. But I still went ahead and made the purchase.

Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought a few different styles of sunglasses from this company, hoping to find the perfect pair for me. Unfortunately, after waiting almost six weeks, my order was confirmed lost. When I asked for a refund, they changed their minds and sent me a replacement pair instead. The quality of the sunglasses was not great, and the customer service was pretty bad too. They wouldn't give me my money back even though I had email proof of the refund process. I had to call and email multiple times, but I kept getting different answers and the issue didn't get resolved. I had to end up escalating it to get some professional help. Overall, it was a really lousy experience.

Placed an order in early October with FedEx 2-Day shipping
I placed an order back in early October and chose FedEx 2-Day shipping. But man, when mid-November rolled around, my order hadn't even been shipped yet. I talked to Customer Service, and they told me it would definitely be shipped out by 11/20. But then, surprise surprise, there were some unexpected delays on their end, and I was left feeling totally annoyed and like I got ripped off. I had to reach out again, and finally, at the end of November, my order was on its way. All in all, it was a pretty crummy experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company again.

Order refund issue
I had a rough time with the store. They wouldn't give me a refund for my order #846231. All they offered was store credit, but I really just want my money back since they don't even have the product in stock. I'm pretty bummed out about it and definitely won't be going back there again.
