    As a client of Mielle Organics, I have been extremely impressed with their hair care products. Their ingredients are natural and organic, and I can tell a noticeable difference in the health and strength of my hair since I started using them.

    I particularly love their Pomegranate and Honey collection, which has left my curls defined and bouncy. The edge control gel is also a game changer for taming my baby hairs.

    One thing I appreciate about the company is their commitment to inclusivity, with a wide range of hair types and textures represented in their marketing and product offerings.

    Their customer service is also top-notch. I had a question about a product and they promptly and thoroughly answered all of my concerns.

    Rosemary Mint Wash Day Bundle

    The Rosemary Mint Wash Day Bundle from this brand was a total disaster for my relaxed hair. Even though people said good things about it, I noticed that the shampoo actually made my hair feel rough and parched, causing a bunch of knots and tangles. And the conditioner didn't do anything to fix it, so I ended up having to chop off my hair after struggling to detangle it. Dealing with that mess was such a pain and definitely set me back in taking care of my hair.

    Hair growth vitamins

    I'm really bummed about how long it's taking for my hair growth vitamins to get shipped out. I ordered them almost two weeks ago and they're still stuck in processing. I reached out to customer service and they said it could take up to 15 business days just to get them out the door. That's just not cool, so I won't be ordering from this company again. Definitely check out the shipping and returns policy before you buy anything.

    Type 4 box, early June purchase

    I ordered a Type 4 box and some other stuff from Mielle Organics at the beginning of June, but I never got my stuff. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare - my account said my order was completed, but I never got anything. They said I'd get a refund, but it never showed up. After waiting for weeks, I was just left feeling let down and annoyed. I didn't get my stuff or my money back, and the way they handled things was just really bad. It's really disappointing that I had to deal with all of this.

    Recent Black Friday purchase

    I bought something on Black Friday and it's been a total mess. It's been two weeks and my order is still stuck in processing. I've tried to get in touch with customer service through email and phone, but no luck. The customer service line was even closed when I called. The brand's lack of communication is really frustrating. And I can't even cancel my order, which just adds to my annoyance. This whole online shopping experience has been a huge letdown and has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

    I had a rough time with the store. They wouldn't give me a refund for my order #846231. All they offered was store credit, but I really just want my money back since they don't even have the product in stock. I'm pretty bummed out about it and definitely won't be going back there again.

    I recently bought some hair care stuff from this company and man, it was a total bummer. The website said it would take 1-7 days to process my order, but after that time came and went with no updates or shipping info, I had to reach out to them. Turns out, they needed a whopping 14 days to process my order, not even ship it, because they were swamped with sales. When I told them how unhappy I was and asked for a refund, they said no way. And to make things even worse, I saw a response to another customer's question that had their personal info in it - not cool at all. It's really disappointing to see a company treat their customers like this and completely ignore their own rules.

    I am really upset about what happened with this company I ordered from. It's been more than a month and my stuff still hasn't shown up. When I called customer service to ask what was going on, all I got were lame excuses and false promises. First, they told me one of the things I ordered was out of stock and only offered me $5. Then, after waiting two weeks, they said they were shipping my order that day, but they didn't. And on top of all that, they actually had the nerve to say I still owed them $6.39, even though I already paid in full. I'm definitely not buying anything from them again.

    Quick Dry Shampoo

    I can't believe I'm still waiting for my order! I bought that Quick Dry Shampoo almost three weeks ago and it's still not here. This is just ridiculous. If a company can't get orders out on time, they shouldn't be accepting payment. I won't be giving this company any more of my business, that's for sure.
