Foreigner-friendly booking system
Busbud's booking system is super helpful for folks from out of town trying to find the best bus or car services. They give you all the info you need about departure and arrival spots, plus they throw in some maps to help you get around. One time, I had this driver who really went out of his way to pick up a lost passenger, showing some top-notch customer service. But, it wouldn't hurt to make sure the vehicles are always looking clean on the outside for a better overall ride.

After waiting even longer, I just kept getting those stupid automated emails from them. Trust me, don't bother with this company. They're not worth the trouble. Total scam and just a pain in the neck to deal with.

Quick and refreshing customer service
It's so refreshing when a company actually cares about their customers. Charlotte was amazing - she responded to my concerns quickly and went above and beyond by providing extra helpful info without me even having to ask. It's rare to find such attentive and caring service these days, and I really appreciated it.

It's awesome how Works like magic has been helping me handle all my school assignments and projects stress-free. Christmas decorations
I recently bought some Christmas decorations from this one place and was so looking forward to getting them. But when the package showed up, I saw that some stuff was missing and the wrong decorations were inside. So I reached out to customer service right away, 'cause I still had more items on the way and wanted to make sure they were correct. To my surprise, they got back to me in less than a day. The customer service folks were super easy to talk to and sorted everything out quickly, making sure the right items would be sent out right away. I was thankful for their fast response and how they fixed the situation, but it was a bummer that there was a mistake in the first place.

Face Masks
I placed two orders the first week of April for face masks. The second ordered I place came in three weeks. I didn’t like the quality so emailed them for a refund on the first order I placed. Before they replied to my email, they sent a tracking number and then replied to say they can’t refund me. That was a little over a week ago and my items are still in the preshipment phase. I should’ve read the reviews, please do not support this company.

*Update*
A week after posting my review I received an email stating Tippit refunded me for my first order because USPS was taking too long to ship it (basically). So I was surprised that they had been delivered yesterday. I’m glad I got my money back because the quality is extremely poor.
