Overpriced, poor quality
Traditional clothing may look nice and fit well, but don't be deceived - the low-quality materials will ultimately disappoint you. I have invested a good amount of money in their clothing, only to have them fall apart after a few wears. Despite my careful maintenance, the items still deteriorate rapidly. I have had to get several pairs of pants fixed, with the stitching on the back pockets often causing problems. It's annoying to always have to repair items that should have been well-crafted from the start. So, even though the style and fit may be appealing, don't let it lead you to ignore the mediocre quality.
Poor quality items, missing items, delayed responses
Oh man, I have to tell you about my experience with this online store. So, I ordered a few things and when my package came, some stuff was missing! Isn't that the worst? I tried getting in touch with customer service and it took them months to get back to me. Months! Can you believe it? And when they finally did respond, it was no help at all. Just total frustration. And don't even get me started on the items I did get. Let's just say they were on sale for a reason. Bad quality all around, like warped necklines and seams falling apart. What a disaster. I even went to the trouble of returning them in person at a store, and still nothing - no refund, no communication. I am definitely done giving them my business. They lost me as a customer for sure.
Wrong items sent, lost parcel
I recently bought two orders from this company, and unfortunately, both were pretty disappointing. The first time, they sent me the wrong items. I suggest steering clear of this company if you want a smooth and professional shopping experience.
First-time buyer during sale
This was my first time buying stuff from this brand during a sale, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The things I got were really good quality and the prices were amazing. But, there was a little problem with the delivery, but luckily, their chat feature helped me get in touch with a guy named Fraser. Let me tell you, Fraser really went out of his way to help me with my issue. The personal touch and genuine care he had for my problem really made a difference. It's not every day you get such awesome customer service, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Ordered shirts, missing item
I ordered some shirts online the other day, but one item was missing when the package arrived. When I checked my invoice, there was just a messy note saying I could reorder when it's back in stock next month. I was pretty bummed out by the lack of communication and apology for the mix-up.
Expensive purchase, poor quality
I bought a couple of things back in May and spent a ton of money on them. I wore the pants only a few times and they already started getting snagged and lost some buttons. I just bought some stuff online, and Folk Clothing messed up by sending my order to the wrong address. They sent it to my billing address when it was supposed to go to my delivery address, and they didn't even have my billing address right. This whole situation has been really stressful, especially because I still haven't gotten my order and they have almost $200 of my money. This shopping experience has been a letdown for sure.

I bought these pants for $140, but they totally ripped on me after just one wash! I tried emailing the company but didn't hear back. I ended up calling them, and they told me to send the pants back. I really hope they get my return and refund my money. Oh, and when I was shopping on their website, items kept disappearing from my cart and going out of stock. It was so frustrating!
