Oofos Slide Sandal purchase
The customer service at this store was amazing. I've been a loyal Oofos footwear customer for years, especially their Flip Flops, but recently switched to the Ooahh Slide Sandals due to discomfort. Sadly, the Slide Sandals didn't work out for me as they kept slipping off after just an hour of wear. Despite that, the store staff were super helpful and accommodating. They let me return the sandals easily and quickly credited my card. Now I'm thinking about getting rid of the sandals altogether. Overall, I'm really impressed with the customer service at Famous Footwear in La Quinta.

Velvet couch purchase
The product I got from Apt2B was even better than I expected. The quality and design totally blew me away. The velvet material is so fancy but also tough - my pets can't even put a dent in it with their claws. The customer service was top-notch, from ordering to delivery. The delivery was super quick and the driver made sure to keep me updated. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Creating videos can be enjoyable, but let me tell you, canceling your subscription is a whole different story. I originally signed up for a two-year commitment, but they keep on renewing it without even asking me. It's been a complete nightmare trying to cancel it - I'd recommend steering clear from signing up altogether! Their customer service is a total mess, they make promises not to renew, but guess what, they still do. I've had to go through the hassle of canceling all my bank accounts and cards just to prevent them from charging me.

Anti-snoring device
The anti-snoring gadget actually worked in stopping my snoring, which was a huge relief for me and my partner. But, it did give me some pretty bad jaw pain when I used it, so it wasn't very comfy to wear at night. Even with that problem, when I contacted them about returning it, their customer service team was super helpful and made the whole return and refund thing a breeze. I really liked their quick response and how they really cared about making me happy. In the end, even though the product didn't work out for me, their awesome customer service totally impressed me.

Menswear purchase from a European-based shop
I recently found this awesome men's clothing store that makes all their stuff in Europe, Portugal to be exact. The styles they have are top-notch, and you can tell they really care about making things in a sustainable way. The clothes are way better quality than what you usually see at regular stores or online shops that cut corners. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how much they value the little things and keeping it eco-friendly.

2 Dinner Jackets
100% SCAM! I've ordered 2 dinner jackets. Received 2 jackets, 2 vests, 2 pants and 2 bowties and none of them were what I ordered. When I asked how to return and get refund, they always came back with x amount of discount to keep the products that I didn't order. They have zero accountability for their mistake. Countless emails and back, ZERO resolution. I would not trust them with anything.
Same experience. NO human contact. Just emails. No accountability for sending wrong items.
