    I've been a customer since 2018 and I've been dealing with problems when it comes to renewing my subscription. I've tried several times to cancel my account, but each year it gets renewed automatically without me saying it's okay. This has made me have to fill out refund forms over and over and ask to cancel, which is a real pain and takes up a lot of time. It seems like the company's strategy is to rely on auto-renewals in the hopes that customers won't realize they're being charged.

Luckily, I was able to reach out to customer service and they helped me cancel the automatic renewal right away. They even gave me a refund the next day, which was nice.     Creating a video with my own pictures on this platform was so easy. It's simple and easy to use, great for sharing a giggle with family and friends.
