    Customer Service Experience

    The customer service I got at this store was top-notch. Shamra, the rep who helped me out, was amazing. She didn't just help me out, she really cared about my problem and made sure to fix it fast. I was really impressed with how much they all cared at this store.

    Recent pet medication purchase

    I bought some medicine for my pet from this company recently and it was a really bad experience. They took forever just to print a label for my order, which made the shipping super slow. When I tried to reach out to customer service to see what was going on, they were not helpful at all. Actually, they were pretty rude. The customer service person even said they might cancel my order just for asking about when I would get my stuff. I was so disappointed with how they handled everything - no responsibility, no checking in, and blaming me for their mistakes. It left me feeling really unhappy with the whole situation.

    Auto-renewal nightmare

    I've had such a frustrating time with the auto-renewal thing on this website. It's like impossible to cancel, and now I gotta go through the whole process of getting a refund on my credit card every year. It's a total nightmare and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service.

    Multi-legged flight booking for girlfriend

    I just booked this big ol' journey for my girlfriend, right? She was supposed to go from the DR to Panama City, then to Kingston, Jamaica, and finally to Montego Bay, Jamaica. But get this - even though I shelled out over 3 grand for the whole thing, there were some major issues with the confirmation for the flights there and back. It was a total mess, I tell ya. So my girlfriend got stuck in Kingston not just once, but twice, because the airline didn't have record of her flights being paid for. I could see all the effort Copa agent "Max Wilson" put into getting it all together, but then the ticketing department went and messed everything up. Frustrating, man.

    Troublesome integration with chatbot

    I spent hours trying to set up this thing, but it was just a complete waste of time. The integration with the chatbot was a nightmare and it made managing the workflow so much harder.

    Wopet dog carrier

    I bought this new Carrier and so far I am so satisfied with it. It looks like a purse. I have a 4 and a 1/2 pound Maltese and there's plenty of Room.. I don't think it would be good for a dog over 8- 9 pounds. Although I was surprised at the size of the bag when it came. It's definitely larger than a purse. Great Quality
