Dress and blouse order, size 4 petite
I decided to give this place a shot even though I saw some mixed reviews, and I'm happy I did. The dresses they had on display caught my attention, so I ended up buying a couple along with a cute blouse. Usually, I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me right without making me look like a little kid playing dress-up, but everything I got turned out exactly how I wanted. The size 4 petite fit me like a glove, no alterations needed. It feels great to find a store that actually has my size and style in mind. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering more tops right away, can't wait to get them! Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience and will definitely be shopping here again.
3 tops purchase
My experience with the company was seriously top-notch. I mean, I was a little nervous after I read some bad reviews right after I made my order. But turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and how well they got everything to me. The tops I got showed up in just a week, and returning them was a breeze – they even gave me a shipping label! And let me tell you, those tops were really great quality. The white one especially, it wasn't even see-through and held up perfectly after I washed it. I don't get why people had such bad things to say, 'cause my whole experience was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
A bunch of items. Several orders
I have ordered several items on several occasions. I have not had any problems at all. Some items have been on backorder. This is nothing new. I'm 67. Back in the day. There were no malls. Everyone ordered from Sears Wards, Speigel. Aldens and a host of others. Talk about backorder!!! Sometimes you bought items as a Christmas gift and got them in February. And returns were a nightmare. No bubblewrap bags back then. I have never returned anything from Creation L. Quit complaining about backorders!! Back in the day we had what they called Jap-crap. Who cares if it was shipped from Germany.
Clothing purchase
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, and I have to say, I've always been really impressed with the service and the quality of their products. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them over the years, and hardly ever had any problems. The one time I did have to return something, it was super easy and quick. The customer service folks took care of it right away, and I got my money back without any trouble. It's clear that this company cares about their customers and wants everyone to have a great shopping experience.
Cancellation of backordered item
I recently had a frustrating experience with an online store. I found some cool stuff I liked and ordered it. The first delivery was good, but the second order had problems. One of the items I wanted was always out of stock, but they didn't say when it would be back. Customer service couldn't even tell me. Luckily, I could cancel that item and didn't have to pay for it. But it still made me worried about ordering from them again because they seemed so disorganized.
Summer purchase disappointment
I just bought a few things for the summer, ordered three items but only got one. And you know what? The one I did get was not up to par, so I sent it back for a refund. But here's the thing - it's been a month and I still haven't gotten the other two items. They said they shipped them, but there's no tracking info so I have no clue when or if they'll even show up. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Tee
I have ordered several items from this company. I am retired and not in a hurry for the orders. They usually come in a descent amount of time and I always read the description of the item. I am always please with the item and so far never had to return.
I received the first of three tops today. I ordered a size 10. It appears to be a size 16 perhaps. I am waiting to receive the other two before I contact them to exchange, or perhaps to return. The quality is poor; I did receive the one top in good time. The pictures show the tops as being somewhat fitted. The actual top is a big rectangle. Sleeves are shapeless as well. So disappointed. It was manufactured in India. Not a bad thing; at least it wasn't made with ... labor.
Tee shirts
I was very happy with my order. I loved the styling and quality for the price. I have washed my shirts several times and they still look very nice. My only complaint was the long time it took to receive my order...about three weeks.
Cute clothes
I ordered some super cute clothes from this store, but when it came to getting my stuff delivered, it was a nightmare! They use this delivery company that just can't seem to get it together. It's like they don't care about getting packages to you on time. I even reached out to customer service, but they couldn't do much. It's so frustrating when you're waiting for your package and it feels like the delivery company is playing hide and seek with it.
Purchased a pair of stretch fabric pants jeans size 24
I purchased these pants at an amazing price! TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Yes it was! I wore these pants for about 6 hours. By the second hour they were about 2 sizes too big! I couldn't keep them up! Terrible purchase and won't buy from them again! BEWARE!

BOUGHT WOMENS COWL TOP FOR MY WIFE. DINT FIT CORRECTLY, SO RETURNED IT. PAID $20.50 WITH SHIPPING. THEY SAID BECAUSE I SENT IT BACK THEY REFUNDED $1.60 THIS IS A SCAM SITE. BUYER BEWARE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR POSTAGE BOTH WAYS ON RETURN
lace midi dress
Worst delivery time ever! They say they're "European," but their clothing is made all over the globe. There is always something at least a little "off" about their clothing; for example, a blouse that looks like waist-length on the picture, but is actually tunic length, or the color is off from the way it is described and from the way it looks in the photo. Every item is a little "off" but not always terribly. However, their delivery time is absolutely unacceptable! TEN WEEKS for one dress, and what will be SIX MONTHS for this lace midi dress, with notice only given of this delayed delivery six weeks after ordering. This place is worse than all the Chinese scams.

As of this date I'm still waiting for an exchange requested for black.pants. Finally received the coat inky only to find it didn't fit. Returned via UPS and requested a refund.
Received my jacket. It is beautiful. Would recommend Creation L to everyone. Great experience. Very happy.
I waited forever. I just posted a review and it told about how they charged me for shipping. 6.95, so you won't get your total refund. Just a heads up

Very nice, but took forever to get here. Tried to talk to someone in customer service but they were not much help.
