15 shirts and 2 pants
I recently bought 15 shirts and 2 pants from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with what I got. The quality of the clothes is top-notch, especially the t-shirts and jerseys. I sized up on the shirts, and they fit just right. The sweaters and sweatshirt I ordered are awesome additions to my closet. I've already told a few friends about this store because I think they should check it out. It's important to support businesses that come through with great quality and service. I'm a real person sharing this, and I can honestly say I'm a happy customer.
Online clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes online and it turned out to be a total letdown. The stuff I got didn't even look like the pictures and the quality was disappointing. I figured out they might be shipping it from overseas, so I didn't bother returning them. Instead, I reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charges and get my money back. They offered to send a prepaid shipping label to return the items, but I decided to just keep the clothes since it was already a hassle.
Blouses
I recently bought some blouses and it turned out to be a great experience. I didn't even check the reviews first, but I was really happy with the quality and how the items looked when they arrived. They were just like the pictures and I really liked all of them. Plus, the delivery was quick - I got them in just 10 days. Back-ordered purchase
I just ordered some stuff online, and when I asked about when it would arrive, I found out it's not coming until mid-May because it's on backorder. Even though I got a fast response from customer service, I wish they had told me about the delay right away. It would have been nice to know without me having to ask. It's kind of disappointing they didn't keep me in the loop, and it doesn't look good for their service. Hopefully, the items are worth the wait and hassle.

Complicated returns process
I've been so frustrated with this company. I've bought a bunch of stuff since March, and I keep having to return things because they don't fit right or they're just not good quality. It's not right that I'm out money and there's no end in sight. I've got two more things to send back tomorrow, and I'm already dreading the whole process. Dress and blouse order, size 4 petite
I decided to give this place a shot even though I saw some mixed reviews, and I'm happy I did. The dresses they had on display caught my attention, so I ended up buying a couple along with a cute blouse. Usually, I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me right without making me look like a little kid playing dress-up, but everything I got turned out exactly how I wanted. The size 4 petite fit me like a glove, no alterations needed. It feels great to find a store that actually has my size and style in mind. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering more tops right away, can't wait to get them! Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience and will definitely be shopping here again.
Wrong item received
I bought something from this store recently and it was a total letdown. The clothes I got were nice, but they weren't what I actually ordered. It's so annoying to get the wrong thing, especially when it's not even my fault. And when I reached out to customer service to fix the problem, they wanted to make me pay to send back the wrong item. Then I'd have to wait another 3-4 weeks just to get the right blouse (if they don't mess it up again). Dealing with this has been such a pain and I'm really not happy with the way they've handled things.
Order mix-up
My experience with Creation L was really disappointing. I ordered a dress and cardigan in April, but they mistakenly sent me two pairs of pants instead. When I tried to exchange the pants for the correct items, I had a lot of problems with their customer service team. They were slow to send me the right items, gave me wrong information, and didn't communicate well. Even after showing proof of my exchange request, they still gave me a hard time and I had to make a whole new order. The customer service reps didn't seem to get it and it definitely made me think less of the brand.
Tops and Dresses
I was so pumped when I bought some tops and dresses from this company. The catalog had all these adorable styles and flattering fits that I just loved. But man, when I got my order, I was totally let down. The stuff I got looked nothing like what was in the catalog. The tops and dresses were all boxy and unflattering, with huge armholes that didn't do me any favors. Even though I checked the size chart in the catalog before I ordered to make sure I had the right size, the fit was still way off. I swear, my pajamas fit me better than these poorly made clothes.
Slow shipping
The clothes from this store are really great, but the shipping time is kind of ridiculous. I don't understand why I have to wait 12-15 days for an order that they said would arrive in 4 to 6 business days. It's really annoying to have to wait so long, especially when you're looking forward to wearing your new clothes.
Cancellation of backordered item
I recently had a frustrating experience with an online store. I found some cool stuff I liked and ordered it. The first delivery was good, but the second order had problems. One of the items I wanted was always out of stock, but they didn't say when it would be back. Customer service couldn't even tell me. Luckily, I could cancel that item and didn't have to pay for it. But it still made me worried about ordering from them again because they seemed so disorganized.

I was really let down by my experience at this store. It took forever for my orders to come and when they did, the clothes didn't look anything like the pictures. And to make things worse, I found out they weren't even made in the US, which was a big disappointment. I had to return everything and now I'm just waiting for my money back. It's been a real pain and I feel like I wasted a lot of time and energy on this. Needless to say, I won't be giving this store another shot.
Oversized items
Don't bother with this company. Their sizing chart is totally off, so I ended up with clothes that were way too big. I'm annoyed I have to pay for return shipping because of their mess up. Just steer clear of them and save yourself the trouble.
3 tops purchase
My experience with the company was seriously top-notch. I mean, I was a little nervous after I read some bad reviews right after I made my order. But turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and how well they got everything to me. The tops I got showed up in just a week, and returning them was a breeze – they even gave me a shipping label! And let me tell you, those tops were really great quality. The white one especially, it wasn't even see-through and held up perfectly after I washed it. I don't get why people had such bad things to say, 'cause my whole experience was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
School supplies
I ordered some school supplies but had to cancel my order less than 12 hours later. They told me in the morning that it was already shipped, but then I got an email 5 hours later saying it was shipped. I feel like they might be trying to profit from people returning items since they didn't want to let me cancel. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Pants suit
I bought a pants suit recently but got two pairs of pants instead of the suit jacket. I sent back the extra pants and contacted customer service to fix the mistake. But now I'm worried because I saw some bad reviews about the company. I really hope they send me the jacket, but if not, I'll go to my credit card company to sort it out. This whole thing has made me realize I need to be more careful when ordering from companies I don't know.
Knit tops order
I recently bought 6 knit tops from an online store. I was so pumped to get them, but that all changed real quick. After wearing them just once, I saw that almost all of them had tiny holes in the fabric. The material definitely wasn't up to par. It was such a waste of money - I can't believe I spent over $200 on these poorly made tops. I'm not going to buy from them again and I suggest others stay away too. It's just sad that a company would even sell such low-quality stuff to their customers.
Oversized jeans, cheesy tops
I wanted to try out this brand after seeing some reviews, hoping the bad ones were exceptions. Oh man, I was so off base. I bought a pair of jeans and two tops, not realizing they were shipping from Germany. I wish I knew that from the start, it might have changed my mind. It took a painful 6 weeks, but I finally got my order. The jeans were hilariously huge, and the tops were too small and felt cheap. Looks like I just made a donation to Goodwill.
Summer purchase disappointment
I just bought a few things for the summer, ordered three items but only got one. And you know what? The one I did get was not up to par, so I sent it back for a refund. But here's the thing - it's been a month and I still haven't gotten the other two items. They said they shipped them, but there's no tracking info so I have no clue when or if they'll even show up. It's frustrating, to say the least.
