Subscription cancellation nightmare
I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a product and canceled my subscription to avoid getting charged every 3 months. But surprise, surprise, I still got charged and got an email saying my order was on the way. I tried to fix it multiple times, but the customer service was awful. They wouldn't admit my cancellation and made it super difficult for me to cancel. Total scam, wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power)
I bought two things from this store, the HyperDrive GEN2 with power and without power. I ran into a big problem with both items because they wouldn't work with multiple screens like they were supposed to. I had to keep unplugging and plugging in cables to try to make them work, which got really irritating. I even tested different monitors and cables on another computer that works fine, just to make sure it was the HyperDrive products that were the issue. In the end, I had to swap them out for something else, which worked perfectly. I was let down that the products didn't do what they claimed and weren't worth the extra cash in my opinion. And it bothered me that I had to use my Twitter or Facebook account to write a review on the store's site, and then set up an account with YOTPO.

Bunk bed purchase
I just bought a bunk bed from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how great the quality is. The bunk bed is really solid, well-built, and exactly like it was described on the website. The assembly instructions were super clear and easy to follow, making putting it together a piece of cake. The customer service team was also really helpful in answering any questions I had before I bought it. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with this company and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good bunk bed.

Pandora charm bracelet and charm
I just bought a Pandora charm bracelet and charm from this company at the end of November 2021. But I've gotta tell ya, I've been majorly let down. They sent me a text on December 2nd saying my order was on its way and would arrive in 10-20 days. Well, it's been way longer than that and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've got an order number and a tracking number, but no updates on where my package is. This lack of communication and follow through is just not cool, and I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Solawave Wand Purchase
I got the Solawave wand a while back, but I didn't really get much use out of it because of some health and life stuff going on. When I finally tried to use it again, I ran into some issues. I contacted customer service and Teresa helped me out. She was super helpful and went the extra mile to fix things for me. Unlike a lot of customer service these days, Teresa even followed up with me to make sure everything was good. I'm really grateful for her outstanding help and the fact that Solawave still has a customer service line where you can actually talk to a real person.
