    Prepaid reservation for hotel stay with a restaurant down below

    The staff at the hotel were so rude and unprofessional. When we got there, they told us the restaurant was closed the whole time we'd be there. We had already paid for everything and picked this hotel because of the restaurant, but they wouldn't give us a refund or make up for it. It was a total nightmare and nothing like other hotels I've stayed at. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

    Business hotel experience

    I recently had a really disappointing experience at a hotel where I was staying for a business meeting. I got there around noon, thinking I could check in and meet with a digital marketer after a long flight. But, they told me my room wasn't ready, which was super frustrating because I really needed a place to freshen up and get ready for my meeting. To top it off, the restaurant was closed for some private event, so I didn't even have a place to meet. When I asked about using a meeting room, they told me there was an extra charge for it! The whole situation was a mess - they weren't prepared, there was no place to meet, and I was left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I definitely didn't get the professional and efficient experience I was expecting from a business hotel.

    Hotel stay disappointment

    Yeah, so my family made a reservation at a hotel thinking we could enjoy the buffet every day since the hotel assured us it would be available daily. But, when we arrived, they were like, "Sorry, it's only open once a week for dinner." We were really upset because we had a young child and dietary restrictions. We had to search for restaurants and spend money on taxis! The hotel didn't even apologize or offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

    Ignored for 20 minutes

    I had a terrible experience at that place. I was completely ignored for 20 minutes, my drink order took forever, and when I tried to get someone's attention, no one responded. I would definitely recommend avoiding that place.

    Weekend stay at a hotel

    I found a room available on a third-party website, but when I asked the employee, they said it wasn't available. They ended up giving me a really noisy room by the elevator. There was also an issue with disabled parking, and I got scolded by the parking attendant in front of other people. They promised free parking, but then charged me 57EUR at check-out. The customer service was terrible and they did not handle things well at all.

    Limerick Hotel review

    The Limerick Hotel was such a disappointment! I specifically requested a room with a walk-in shower, but they gave me a bath instead. I had to practically beg to switch rooms. Then, they told me I didn't need a reservation for dinner, but when I got there, the restaurant was closed. I was stuck eating in a crowded bar with a loud TV blaring. There weren't any other options nearby either. And let's not even talk about the mix-ups with reservations and the wrong bill! It was seriously the worst service I've ever experienced! ?

    Weekend trip stay

    I went to this hotel for a weekend getaway and it was amazing! The lobby was really nice and the staff were super helpful. It was great that the bar was open at night too. The restaurant was fancy and a bit pricey, but the food was so good. Even breakfast was fancy and on the pricier side, but it was totally worth it. My room was spacious, clean, had new furniture, and the bed was really comfy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and definitely worth the money.

    Overnight booking cancellation due to health reasons

    I made a hotel reservation for a quick trip, but had to cancel because I got sick. I notified them really early, more than a month before. Can you believe they didn't show any understanding? I rebooked through a different website and ended up losing $500. It felt like they were robbing me! I looked at the reviews later and found out this has happened to others too. That hotel chain is definitely off my list from now on.

    Overcharged Bar Bill

    I recently stayed at a hotel with my family. The rooms were super comfy and the staff was friendly, but the bar was a total disappointment. We ordered some snacks and drinks, but when I went to pay, my card kept getting declined on their finicky machine. Even worse, it was still taking money out of my account. They tried a different card, but the same thing happened. They blamed the machine, used another one to charge me, but I still haven't received a refund for the original messed up charges. I mentioned this issue at check out, but no one has fixed it yet. Ugh, not a good experience!

    Stay at hotel near airport

    My stay at the hotel near the airport was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. The breakfast always hit the spot, and eating at the restaurant was fantastic. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the air-conditioning kept everything nice and quiet. Being right next to terminal 5 in the airport made everything so convenient and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Hotel stay in Bristol

    Staying at your hotel in Bristol really changed the game for me. I usually stay at different hotel chains when I visit my son at UWE, but discovering your hotel in the city center was a nice surprise. As soon as I walked in, Mariangela, the manager, welcomed me with exceptional customer service. She not only listened to what I needed but also made my experience feel special, like I belonged there. The rest of the staff were just as kind and easy to talk to, really embodying the brand's values and making my stay something I'll always remember. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the wonderful service I received during my visit. I'm definitely going to pick Radisson for all my travels from now on.

    Hotel stay and car parking booking

    I made my reservations for the hotel and parking directly through the hotel instead of using another website. I was only planning to stay for one night and leave my car in the parking lot for 12 days. But boy, let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! I arrived at the hotel really late because the front desk staff were so confused and gave me the wrong information. I didn't even get to my room until well after midnight! And then they couldn't locate my room right away. It took forever to check in, and then I was directed to a locked parking area, so I had to wander around trying to find the right place. It turns out the entrance was in a completely different location! Just a series of silly mistakes that could have easily been avoided. When I finally made it to my room, it was kind of dirty. There were little bugs in the bed, and the hallways were extremely narrow. The elevators were also very small. Ugh, I definitely wouldn't choose to stay at this place again, even for the convenience of parking.

    I recently tried calling the hotel several times to ask some questions as a potential guest, but I was really let down by the fact that no one ever picked up the phone. I tried different options, including the reservations line, but no luck. It felt like they didn't care about helping me unless I could contact them in a fancy way. Eventually, I gave up and found another hotel that was much friendlier and actually answered the phone right away. It's a shame to see a hotel nowadays not placing importance on something as simple as answering customer calls.

    Bad hotel experience

    I stayed at a pretty bad hotel. When I arrived, they gave me a room that wasn't very nice - old furniture and no lamps! They moved me to a better room, but it still wasn't great. The restaurant had terrible food, not many choices, and it was way too expensive. I definitely wouldn't suggest staying at this place!

    Luxurious hotel stay

    If you want a fancy vacation, this hotel is the spot to be at. The staff, especially Mackey, really goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is absolutely fantastic. When you step inside, you're treated like royalty. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated, giving off a palace-like vibe. The amenities are top-of-the-line and the location is ideal for checking out the city. It's definitely a five-star experience!

    The room was super clean and peaceful, just what I needed for a good night's sleep. The staff was so friendly and made my stay even better.     I recently stayed at a hotel near Manchester Airport and honestly, it was not a great experience. I decided to go for a Premium Suite room, but the service did not meet the high standard I expected. The room was not cleaned well, there were hairs left in the bathroom, and the check-in/check-out staff were not very helpful. It seemed like they were all new and inexperienced. I wouldn't choose to stay there again unless there was a big discount, because it definitely wasn't worth the full price.

    Loyalty points disappearance

    I can't believe how bold this hotel chain is. I gathered a lot of loyalty points over the years, and then they just vanished out of nowhere. I reached out to customer service, and at first, they admitted their error and gave me my points back. But just when I was getting ready to plan a trip, I got an email saying they made another mistake and took my points away again. It seems like a total scam and I'm really let down by how unprofessional this company is. I won't be staying at this hotel chain again, that's for sure.

    Amazing staff

    I had an awesome time at the hotel, even with a cyclone going on! The folks at the front desk were so friendly and really helped us when our flight was delayed. And the restaurant and bar staff were amazing too - they gave us excellent service. Thanks a bunch!
