I just got some gold initials from this company and needed to swap them out for smaller ones to fit with my other ones. It was super easy - I sent back the big ones and got the smaller ones no problem. The new initials came quickly and they look amazing in gold. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Gift mules
I can't even believe the terrible customer service at this store! I received these mules from my husband as a Christmas gift, but they don't fit. We tried to exchange them, you know? And guess what? They basically said tough luck, no returns for you! How rude is that? They didn't even try to help at all! I checked their Facebook page, Yelp, and even the Better Business Bureau, and there are so many complaints about them. They don't even respond to any of them! It's like they don't care about their customers. I'm so angry! Don't shop here, folks!

Bella Canvas 3001 mockup images
The mockup images for the Bella Canvas 3001 are just too small for what I need, especially for uploading them to my Etsy shop. I always have to make them bigger to meet the requirements, which can be a bit of a hassle. Also, I've noticed that there are so many mockups out there that are geared towards certain groups, themes, and occasions, so there aren't as many options for just general use. And it's a bummer that there aren't many landscape-oriented mockups available, because that makes it harder for me to show off my designs in different ways.

I ordered something three weeks ago and paid extra for fast shipping, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation number. I'm bummed because I can't even keep tabs on my package right now. Refunded waterproof jacket
I just had to return this waterproof jacket I got from this company and they refunded me under the warranty after a couple of months. But, honestly, I felt kinda unappreciated as a customer because they didn't apologize or offer to replace it or even give me a discount to get a new one. The customer service people didn't seem all that interested and just sent me back to the warranty folks. I had really high hopes for this fancy brand, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how they handled things.

Stay at hotel near airport
My stay at the hotel near the airport was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. The breakfast always hit the spot, and eating at the restaurant was fantastic. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the air-conditioning kept everything nice and quiet. Being right next to terminal 5 in the airport made everything so convenient and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Motorcycle gear purchases
I've bought a bunch of motorcycle gear from this online store over the years, and let me tell you, I've been super happy with everything. The quality of the gear is top-notch and the whole shopping experience is great. They've got competitive prices and a ton of awesome brands to pick from. Even though they're way over in Tasmania, the shipping has been surprisingly fast. And their customer service is top-notch - I accidentally ordered the wrong pants one time and they fixed it over the phone super quick and nice.

Bad purchase
The customer service was terrible! I asked a question and they gave me a completely unhelpful answer. When I asked for a refund, they basically said tough luck. The support was just awful. They really need to step up their game and actually assist customers instead of just going through the motions. And the prices? Ridiculously high for what you actually get. I definitely wouldn't recommend them, it was so disappointing.

Starz problems
Man, Starz is the absolute worst when it comes to these issues! I mean, you can't even start an episode from scratch, it never remembers your preferences or where you stopped watching, and every time you open it you have to hunt for the series all over again. And on top of all that, you can't even skip past the intro when it moves on to the next episode. It's beyond frustrating!
