Guest enquiry phone calls
I recently tried calling the hotel several times to ask some questions as a potential guest, but I was really let down by the fact that no one ever picked up the phone. I tried different options, including the reservations line, but no luck. It felt like they didn't care about helping me unless I could contact them in a fancy way. Eventually, I gave up and found another hotel that was much friendlier and actually answered the phone right away. It's a shame to see a hotel nowadays not placing importance on something as simple as answering customer calls.
